Disconnecting of HT & DC connections from existing busbar, disconnecting trolley including servicing of complete parts of VCB 11 KV any type any make at site, cleaning with carbon tetra chloride, lubrication of mechanical parts, adjustment and calibration of complete relays etc including checking parts, repair to control wiring with single core conductor of existing size as required at site for VCB of any type, any make for satisfactory running including taking down/out of defective spare parts/items and applying one coat of 11 KV insulation paint on busbar, spouts and other connected parts, re-assembling the same, re-connecting all HT & AC / DC connections to make it functional including testing on existing load complete all as specified and directed. Description all as per BOQ item No. 13.00 here-in-above but RMU 5 way. Notes for BOQ item No. 11.00 to 14.00: (i) Taking down of old defective spare parts is deemed to be included in quoted rates and S&F of new spare parts shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Parts replaced shall be identical to those specified by original manufacturer as existing at site. (iii) Parts of minor nature such as nuts, bolts, screws & washers required at site are deemed to be included in quoted rates. (iv) Servicing of complete parts shall be carried out through OEM/authorized rep of OEM. (v) A Board of Officers shall be appointed by the Accepting Officer for ascertaining the repair work required in E&M installations and all inventory shall be prepared in presence of Engineer-in-charge & Contractor.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5mtr in depth for foundation etc or for walls, shafts, manholes not exceeding 10 sqm on plan or for laying pipes/cables etc and getting out, in soft/loose soil complete all as specified & directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50mtr & depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Sand cushioning with fine dry sand to cable with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying the cable (punned down to 18 cm depth after laying and stretching of cable ) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover , Class HV type-1, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm, laid flat for protection of cable , adjacent to each other, perpendicular to central axis of cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement GI pipe 80 mm bore , light grade as in trenches, under road,under floor, fixed to wall with fixing arrangement with suitable size of MS clamps made from 40mm x 3mm size flat iron including nuts, bolts & washers or along the pole with fixing arrangement etc for cable protection complete all as specified and directed . Note :- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately

S&F in replacement cable jointing kit for 11000 volt earthed grade, straight through, end termination heat shrinkable type joints with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 240sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per BOQ item No. 52.00 here-in-above but cross sectional area 120 Sqmm. Notes for item No. 52.00 & 53.00:- (i) Cable shall be of manufacturing date not earlier than Dec 2021. All the cable shall be embossed with year of manufacturing, meterage at every metre, in addition to its own standard markings as per IS i.e. Size, voltage etc. (ii) Excavation & earth work, sand cushioning, protection pipes, end termination joints & protection covers shall be measured and paid separately. (iii) No straight through joint shall be permitted in less than single drum length. (iv) The contractor shall produce original purchase vouchers duly machine numbered alongwith excise duty gate pass of factory for verification and record. (v) Cable shall be tested in the presence of rep of Accepting Officer at the factory premises and by GE or the rep of GE after laying in the trenches & before returning filling in the trenches.

M&L in replacement earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm X 60cm X 6mm thick buried vertically in ground to depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level, with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed layer of Charcoal dust & common salt filled in alternate layers and electrode connected to GI earth lead strip 25mm x 4mm upto 7.5mtr long by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and connection to earthing test point & earth dolly & watering pipe medium grade GI 20mm bore including protection pipe light grade GI 40mm bore, including wire mesh, funnel, lugs, salt, charcoal dust, excavation in soft/losse soil, returning filling & removal of surplus soil upto 50mtr, pit chamber shall be of PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded mechnically crushed stone aggregates and pit cover slab 80mm thick shall be of Precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded mechnically crushed stone aggregates reinforced with XPM weighing not less than 4Kg/sqm including necessary form work complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part-I, including testing on completion at site complete all as specified and directed.

Notes for item 54.00 & 55.00 :- (i) Any variation in length of earth lead and protection pipe of earth lead shall be adjusted through DO. (ii) On testing if the desired earth resistance is not obtained, earthing will be generated at No extra cost , till the desired earth resistance is obtained. (iii) The chamber shall be constructed atleast 1.5 mtr away from the earth electrode.

M&L winding of transformer any capacity at HT/LT side with super enamelled copper wire of gauge & weight as exists, varnishing & drying by vaccum impregnating, provinding insulating material, fixing the coil in the position in core assembly and making connection as per original pattern including testing as per latest IS/BIS complete all as specified & directed. Notes: (i) Winding of transformer should be connected with tap changer after completion of winding work. (ii) Transformer shall be tested in front of rep of GE & test results shall be submitted to Engineer-in-charge. (iii) The quantity of winding shall be assesed by BOO.

Dehydration & filteration of transformer oil by using dehyderation & filteration plant, heating & filteration of oil to be carried out till the de-electric strength reaches not less than 45 KV withstand for one minute is achieved for any capacity of transformer including testing of strength incluidng filling of dehydrated & filltered transformer oil complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Oil Test value record register shall be prepared in presence of AGE/JE and handed over the register to sub divn on completion of work. (ii) The contractor is required to submit the di-electric repot after dehydration and filtration of each transformer before claiming payment.

Disconnecting HT/LT cables & Earthing connections of burnt /defective transformer of capacity upto 315KVA, 11KV/433 volts, 3 phase, any make/type, indoor/outdoor type, from pole/floor mounted, taking down from site of installation carefuly with the help of cranes and transporting the same to workshop for repair, opening, draining out transformer oil, dismantling complete & taking out core assembly & removing burntout windings, cleaning /washing of tank removing the dirt sludge and sticky materials from all parts of the transformer including core tank and cooling tubes, removal of damaged parts, dehydrating the core assembly, re-assembling after replacement of damaged parts of the transformer after repairs, making connections and filling dehydradated/fresh transformer oil and testing for all type of tests(routine test & full load test) including transportation back & reinstallation/connection of transformer at site complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per BOQ item No. 58.00 here-in-above but transformer of capacity 400KVA to 630KVA. Notes for BOQ item No. 58.00 & 59.00:- (i) Spare parts shall be measured and paid seperately. All parts/components replaced shall be identical to those specified by original manufacturer. (ii) The labour factor of dismantling/taking out of old winding are included in quoted rates but new winding shall be measured & paid separately. (iii) The draining of old transformer oil is deemed to included in quoted rates but filling new transformer oil and dehydration & refilling of old transformer oil shall be measured & paid separately. (iv) A Board of Officers shall be appointed by the Accepting Officer for ascertaining the repair work required in transformer and all inventory shall be prepared in presence of Engineer-in-charge & Contractor. (v) The transformer shall be repaired at authorized dealer workshop as approved by GE and the cost of this aspect is deemed to be included in quoted rates.

M&L PCC 1:3:6, type C-2, using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in foundations, filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in coping to pole etc. including necessary formwork to exposed surface finished even & smooth complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and installation Air break switch, gang operated, triple pole, 11000 volt, 630amp rating, outdoor type confirming to IS specification for horizontal or vertical operation, mechanically operated, mounted on 12 insulators and steel frame with operating mechanism & operating rod of 25mm bore, heavy duty GI pipe from ground level with locking arrangements including making electrical connections to make it functional after testing including dismantling/taking down/out old unservieable air break gang operated switch from two/four pole structure complete all as specified and directed.

S&F cross arms, bracings, supports,clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed duly painted with two coats of aluminium paint over & including one coat of zinc oxide primer including dismantling of old unserviceable cross arm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia, ball and socket type, white, brown or green, single disc assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & filling transformer oil ISI marked of dielectric strength not less than 50 KV to comply IS-335 of 1993 complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Empty container shall become Govt property & shall be taken on charge throrugh receipt voucher. (ii) Oil Test value record register shall be prepared in presence of AGE/JE and handed over the register to sub divn on completion of work. (ii) The contractor is required to submit the di-electric repot of each transformer before claiming payment.

S&F in replacement expulsion fuse single pole (drop out fuse) mounted on insulator & steel frame 100 Amps for 11000 Volt grade complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and preparation of surfaces of existing feeder pillar box and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint including removal of old paint by scratching complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of external surfaces of existing transformer of capacity 60KVA to 100 KVA for painting including fins/radiators, removal of all existing paint/ rust/oil/grease and unwanted material by scratching etc. and applying two coats of synthetic enamel metallic paint, smoke grey, by means of spray gun at site of installation of transformer including writing SM/MES number, capacity of transformer etc with black synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
