Drilling and lowering of M.S.casing pipes 650-600mm.dia confirming to IS-4270-2001 with uptodate ammendments, if any of suitable sizes as mentioned above from 0 to 30 Metres below ground level.
Drilling and lowering of M.S.casing pipes 600-550mm.dia confirming to IS-4270-2001 with uptodate ammendments, if any of suitable sizes as mentioned above from 30 Metres to 60 Metres below ground level.
Collection, preservations and display of suitable size sample box with top lid and locking arrangem,ent till handing over of the Tube-Well to the Department complete in all respects as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge.
Supply and lowering of IS-Marked Electric Resistance Welded Mild Steel Pipe 300mm dia nominal size housing, 8mm thick having outside diametre 323.90mm screwed and socketted confirming to IS-4270-2001 with uptodate ammendments, if any, about 4.00 Metres to 7.00 Metres in length, welded without any circumferential joints into bore hole in vertical position including cost of all scaffolding derricks, poles, clamps embedded in foundation etc. including cost of all cuttings, threadings aqnd welding of pipes etc. within all leads and lifts complete in all respects as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge.
Lowering at site electric resistance welded (ERW) Stainless Steel Cage type V" wire wound screens of size 300mm, 8mm thick with slot opening 1.0mm, as per IS 8110-2000 with upto date amendments(if any) and material specifications as per AISI (American Iron and steel inst.) Type Grade SS-304 in suitable lengths as per site conditions, including the cost of SS socket 8mm thickness (to be supplied by the Department) suitable to accommodate screen and ring including jointing screen with blind pipes complete in all respect including cost of all scaffolding, derricks, poles clamps embedded including cost of all cutting threading and welding of pipes etc. within all leads and lifts complete in all respects as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and fixing M.S taper/reducer as per lengths approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. The material of M.S. taper/reducer shall be equivalent to parent pipe material and shall conform to chemical composition as per clause 5.2 and mechanical properties as per clause 6.1 and table 1 of BIS: 4270-2001 with upto date ammendments, if any complete in all respect as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, lowering, fixing and lowering in position IS-Marked Mild Steel bail plug of 200mm/300mm diametres with 'U' hooks as per IS-2800-1991 with uptodate ammendments, if any within all leads and lifts complete in all respects as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing, fixing and lowering in position threaded iron cap with locking arrangements of approved design to prevent foreign matter from getting into bore hole as required within all leads and lifts complete in all respects as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge.
Supply and packing of gravel consisting of hard quartz or other suitable material with an average specific gravity of not less than 2.5, not containing more than 2% by weight of thin flat or stangated pieces shall be of sub rounded grains with minimum anuglar features of size 2-3.35mm shall be free from impurities such as; shafe,shale mica, felspar, clay, sand, dit loam haematite and organic materials as per IS-4097-1967 with uptodate ammendments, if any arround intake of Tube-Well with minimum thickness of shroud around screen generally 100mm. to the entire depth of the bore as per IS-2800(Part-I):1991 with uptodate ammendments, if any, within all leads and lifts complete in all respects as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge.
Extraction of all sizes blind/casing pipes with machine strating from the bottom of the bore hole, with in all leads ad lifts complete in all respect as per direction and to entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Development of tubewell by back washing method with air compressor of minimum 750 CFM capacity, pumping pipe of 200 mm size and air line of minimum 65mm size or with other suitable method, till the well is thoroughly developed as per clause 4.2 of BIS 11189-1985, with uptodate ammendment, if any, complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Development of tubewell by back washing method, with air compressor of minimum 750 CFM capacity, pumping pipe of 200mm size and air line of minimum 65mm size or with other suitable method, till the well is thoroughly developed as per clause 4.2 of IS 1118-1985 upto date amendments if any, complete respects as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge. The draw down in all and discharge to be established by running he VT/submersible pump continuously for 8hours in the presence of officer not less than the rank if Assistant Engineer.
Testing the verticality of the tubewell as per clause 4.3 of BIS: 2800 (Part-II) 1979 with uptodate ammendments, if any using plumb or plunger 6mm smaller in dia within the inside diameter of the well casing. The results of the verticality test shall be recorded on proforma shown in Appendix "A" of BIS 2800 (Part-II) 1979 with uptodate ammendments, if any, as appended with the tender documents handed over complete in all respect as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

The pump house shall be aesthetically designed (to be approved by the competent authority). The work shall include all internal and external electrical wiring, water supply and sanitary fitting, painting and distempering, precast terrazo tile flooring, wooden frames and panelled & glazed shutter for doors & window and other allied items. The doors & window shall be in double shutters and M.S grills for window and internal wiring shall be in PVC conduit. All work shall be conforming to relevent IS code and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge. (For detailed specification refer as per chapter No.5 & data sheet No.3.)
Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning R.C.C Circular Elevated storage tanks as per capacity given below at various stages/sites including excavation in all kinds and types of strata, soil strata including dewatering in M30 design mix in foundation, walls, bottom slab, roof slab/dome with smooth finishing in 1:3 inside the tank, all alied Civil Works, Site development, cutting/excavation in all kinds of soils, refilling and disposing of surplus stuff with in all leads and lifts, labour and material charges. The job also includes providing lowering, laying, erecting, hoisting and jointing of pipe assembly for inlet, outlet, overflow and scour pipe ,proper manifiold at outlet including all fittings, bye pass arrangement consisting of GI / MS pipes special and valves of required classes and dia and all other accessories required such as MS ladders inside and outside ventilator with mosquito proof wire mesh,lightening arrester complete ,SFRC manhole covers including frames and covers (medium duty) with proper locking arrangement water level indicator, RCC frames for all valves ventilating shafts shall also be provided including all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The tanks shall be hydraulically tested for water tightness all works shall be conforming to relevant IS code. The cost of valves & other accessories shall be included in the rates of tanks. Battery Limit shall be considered as 3.00 m from the edge of the structure or the boundary of the land whichever is less.The rates quoted by the contractor shall be for the complete work. All ancilliary works and accessories required to make the system fully functional shall be included in the cost of work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.The work shall include supplying of Four sets of structural design after testing the bearing capcity of soil and drawings, etc complete as directed by engineer in charge as per relevent data sheet and scope of work. Providing, laying, jointing & testing of bevelled ended GI pipe of following dia and Class with MS Flange of following Table (6%) flange joint & other Pipe (94%) circumfrential butt welded joints by electrical arc welding (welding thickness shall be equal to pipe wall thickness) and testing of GI pipe of following dia meters conforming to IS 1239-2004 (Part-II), having wall thickness as specified below capable of withstanding required test pressure, including manufacturing and febrication of reducers/ tapers , all short pieces, bends etc. as per site requirement made from parent tubes. The laying of pipe shall include all operations such as cutting, welding, jointing, fabrication of bends, tees, making bevelled pipe ends suitable for butt welding , lowering & laying in excavated trenches to ensure required level complete in all respects to the best satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge (Earth work in trenches and cost of providing flanges i/c nuts & bolts, welding of flanges, gasket will be measured and paid for separately) . The fabricated bends shall have three or four cuts having its radius not less than five times the dia of pipe. The welding electrodes shall be as per IS 814 of Advani Oerlikon/ L&T or ISI marked make. The damaged portion of the pipes ( If damaged during laying & jointing operation of pipe) and all other specials made from the parent tube shall be provided with anticorrosive treatment by applying two coats of anticorrosive bituminous paint over a priming coat as per AWWA specifications C-203-1978. The D.P. test of butt welded joints complete in all respect and to the best satisfaction & direction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts.
