Repairs to 300HP Starter unit no 01. at L.I.S Gantamulla by way of: Disconnecting of fully automatic Autotransformer Starter from the main circuit, then dismantling of damaged parts from the starter which comprises of following: a) Providing/fitting & Testing of Single Phase preventer with Phase unbalance ,phase failure Phase Reversal protection relay voltage range 415V Ac 50Hz.(01 no). b) Providing and fitting of new Voltmeter & Ampere meter (0-500) of reputed make (01 no each). c) Providing and fitting of new fuse set of reputed make as per sample. d) Repairs to ATS by way of : e) Isolating and disconnecting of all incoming and outgoing leads from auto transformer starter. Draining out transformer oil from the oil tank and collecting in a suitable container taking out damaged auto transformer coil assembly from oil tank at site & shifted to workshop for repairs. The job then involves providing and fitting of new auto transformer coil fabricated out of copper wire of standard size and quality (03 legs @ 13.5 kg/leg approximately= 40.5 kg).Providing, fitting of insulation material such as cardboard, latheride paper, cotton tape, PVC paper, varnishing, nuts and bolts etc. Replacement of damaged brass bolts with nuts as per sample of incoming and outgoing connections. Reassembling of auto coil workshop by way of fitment of coils, core piece and after proper cleaning, clamping channels, and nuts, bolts, soldering of connections, shifted to site and testing it on full load. The job also includes the charge of skilled labours, private load carrier auto- rickshaw and other tools & tackles for the completion of work. Deducting cost of scrap @ 80% of the total value of copper. (i.e. 32.4). The job also includes the charge for filling of fresh T-oil for topping (25 Ltr) to all starters at site.
