Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The tenderer is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of KP-Procurement portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches.

Conditional tender will not be Considered.

The employer reserved the right to accept or reject any of the tender without assigning any reason.

Omission and Typographical errors which are in the opinion of the Executive Engineer will not be a ground for claims of extra payment.

The Tenders are invited as per Standard Request For Proposal K/C-5

Tender Processing fee is non refundable

The Bidders must upload all the relevant documents as K/C-5

IT & GST will be deducted as per prevailing government order

In respect of this tender, the item rates are inclusive of GST. The amount put to tender is inclusive of GST. Accordingly the bidder shall quote rates by adding GST for either materials or works contract (Service). All other duties (Including recovered from the contractor bill), taxes and other levies payable by the contractor under the contract or for any other cause shall be included in the total tender price submitted by the tenderer.
