Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) of size exceeding 1.5 sqm and not exc 4.00 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) of size not exceeding 1.5 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 Sqm but not exc 2 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing of shutters in same opening of any description exc 1 sqm each but not exceeding 2 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Resecuring or easing and adjusting door shutter for proper opening/ closing, tightening of hinges or changing the position of hinges adjustment of tower bolts, sliding bolts with new screws etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/Chowkhat of size 50 x 100 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 35mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S S screws shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L Preparation of new wood or wood based material surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of prink primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cutting holes in brick wall built in cement mortor for inserting hold fast and making good the disturbed portion in CM (1:3) depth of embeded portion exc half brick & n.exc one brick etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F PVC solid ventilator frame size 55 X 47mm with wall thickness of 5mm made out of extruded 5mm PVC sheet, mitre cut at two comers and jointed with 2 Nos of 150mm long brackets of 15 x 15mm MS square tube the two vatted profiles are to be reinforced with 19 x 19mm MS squre tube the 50% of bottom portion is fixed with 4mm pin headed glass and balance 50% of top portion is fixed with 4mm thick pin headed glass lowers and cover with 0.36mm dia stainless steel wire mesh at top portion including necessary PVC beading with screws and 3 Nos 12mm dia MS guard, bars fixed in ventilator frame including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to MS guard bars etc complete all as specified and directed.
