M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in padding of roof top finishing even and smooth without using extra cement to ascertain the proper slope with using water proofing compound @ 100Ml per bag(50Kg) of cement or as per manufacture's instructions complete all as specified and as directed. Note: WPC shall be measured seperately)

M&L for providing and laying 3mm thick APP modified prefabricated five layer, weight not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non woven polyester matt make as approved over the bitumen primer coat @ 0.40 ltr/Sqm by the same membrane manufacturer of density at 25 degree C, 0.87 to 0.89 Kg/ltr and viscosity 70-160 cps shall be applied on the prepared surface.
