SITC of ESSENTIAL PANEL AT SUBSTATION-II a). Incomers:i) 1600 Amp. 4 Pole ACB - 02 nos Air Circuit case design, Horizontal drawout type of fault breaking capacity 50KA, all ACBs shall have Icu=Ics=Icw for 1 Second with Combined Test Sequence Certification.All ACBs shall have inbuilt Mechanical & Electrical anti-pumping to prevent auto reclosing on fault. Electrical anti-pumping shall be applicable to Electrical version ACBs.EDO, fitted with interlocked door, automatic safety shutters, mechanical ON/OFF and service/ test/isolated position indicators and frame earthing contact, conforming to IS/IEC-60947 as amended up-to-date complete with Independent Electrical & manual spring closing mechanism, with inbuilt Electrical & Mechanical anti pumping, Microprocessor release (EMI & EMC certified) for over current, earth fault & short circuit protection, Shunt trip coil 24V D.C / 220V A.C, Breaker Control Switch - 16A, Test terminal block set, circuits as per standard practice, auxiliary contactors with contacts (minimum 4NO+4NC) for positive interlocking of the breakers, necessary electrical interlocking with PLC auto controls etc. as required including accessories and suitable terminals to receive bus duct connections. Protection setting in the release shall be password protected to prevent unauthorized access to release settings. Dual time-based protection set groups working on Real-Time Clock basis, ACB shall provide Dual Short Circuit protections Microprocessor based digital display with measurements, Current : phase / neutral / earth, average, max, Voltage : Phase, Line, Average; % loading of each phases in the Micro process relaease . All ACB's should have built-in thermal memory ; ON / OFF, trip & ready to close breaker status communication on Modbus via RS485 to BMS. LED indication lamps for RYB, breaker 'ON/ OFF/ TRIP', spring charged, DC control supply healthy etc. with 2Amp control MCBs. Digital Multifunction Meter, accuracy class 0.5s, with LED/LCD screen of Max Demand Load, I ;V; Hz; Active, Reactive , Apparent Power & Energy; Power factor; % unbalance of current & voltage; 31 %THD , individual harmonics up to 31th level (complying with IEC61557-12) with RS 485 / Ethernet port with 3 Nos. cast resin current transformers of dual core CT's of suitable Amp. ratio, 15 VA metering. ,protection MCBs as required accessories to complete the system.Microprocess or release/s based relay/s (EMI & EMC certified) for over current, earth fault & short circuit protection, Under voltage relay with definite time , along with dual core CT of current transformers of 1600/5A ratio, 15 VA class-5P10 protection - 1 set.Terminals to receive 1600 A Al. Bus duct suitable & complete required as per site

b).Bus Bar : 1 Sections of Electrolytic high conductivity Aluminium extensible three phase and neutral busbars rated at 2000 amps , & auxiliary Bus Bars of suitable capacity insulated with heat shrinkable coloured PVC sleeves & suitable to with stand symmetrical fault level of 50 kA at 433 volts, i/c DMC/SMC bus bars supports at required intervals complete for cross section, size supports & their spacing etc.

c). Bus couplers1600 Amp 4 pole ACB - 1 No.a)Air Circuit case design, Horizontal drawout type of fault breaking capacity 50KA (Ics=lcu =Icw) upto 433V) Electrical Draw Out Motorised operated, fitted with interlocked door, automatic safety shutters, mechanical ON/OFF and service/ test/isolated position indicators and frame earthing contact, conforming to IS/IEC-60947 as amended up-to-date complete with following accessories for each ACB. b) Independent Electrical / manual spring closing mechanism. c) 3 Nos. Phase indication LED lamps with 2Amp back up MCB, breaker 'ON/OFF' indicating light with 2A MCB, test terminal block set, circuits as per standard practice, auxiliary contacts for positive interlocking of the breakers as required.

Interlocking: Electrical Interlocking through advance contacts / contactors in MCCB/ACB's (Incomers & Bus couplers) should be provided to ensure that only one supply is available at a time and to eliminate any possibility of accidentally approaching two supplies at one bus section as per single line diagram enclosed.

Outgoings: All MCCB (Ics=lcu) with O/L, S/C,E/F protection & followings shall be applicable to each. All outgoing with MCCB for O/C, S/C,E/F protection with On, off trip indications of following capacity and rating, 50KA (Ics=Icu=100% ) with Set of Digital flush type calibrated Intelligent multifunction meters (with communication port) suitable rating class - 1.0 accuracy , showing V, A, KW with 3 Nos. cast resin current transformers of dual core CT's of suitable Amp. ratio, 5 VA Class 1.0 metering. , LED indication lamps for RYB, Spreader links and phase barrier, solid neutral link complete with wiring , connections etc. i) 02 Nos -TPN MCCB with microprocessor based release 800 Amp. 50kA , ii) 02 Nos -TPN MCCB with microprocessor based release 400 Amp 35kA iii) 08 Nos. -TPN MCCB with Thermal Magnetic 250 Amp. 35kA iv) 08 Nos. -TPN MCCB with Thermal Magnetic 100 Amp. 35kA Necessary interlocking 2 Nos. Incomers shall be successfully operational in all possible combinations. The Switchboard with Logic control panel shall be complete with all interconnections, risers, internal wiring, labels, control/circuit fuses etc. complete as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 3½ X 120 sq. mm (45mm) size of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 3½ X 185 sq. mm (57mm) size of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 3½ X 240 sq. mm (62mm) size of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 3½ X 300 sq. mm (70mm) size of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required.

Dismantling of Existing 02 Nos cubical type LT Essential Panels board consisting of different ratings of SDF switches including dismantling of various rating outgoing cables etc. and shifting to AAI store as per Instructions of EIC.
