15.2: Making up loss of material/irregularities on shoulders to the design level by adding fresh approved selected soil and compacting it with appropriate equipment at OMC upto a lead of 1000m as per techincal specification Clause 1903.

3.2: Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 150 mm and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3.0m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.4.

4.1(A): Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical specification Clause 401. (ii) For Grading II Material.

4.7(ii): Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading-2 as per Technical specification Clause 405. (A) By Manual Means

4.7(iii): Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading-3 as per Technical specification Clause 405. (A) By Manual Means

5.1(i): Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502. (Provided only on WBM surface)

5.2: Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg/sqm on the prepared on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

5.3(i) : Bituminous Concrete: Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder 5.4 to 5.6 % of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tendem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. No.509. complete in all respect. (including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant) (Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.)

16.38: Providing and laying of hot apllied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface apllied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to the level, uniform and free from streaks and holes and conforming to the MoSRT&H specifications.

16.43: Providing reflective pavement marker with Micro Prismatic lens in both direction having thermoplastic body adhering to the specification and guidelines of MoSRT&H's fixed to the road surface using the adhesives and the producers recommended by the manufactures with three months replacement warranty and free maintenance.
