Remove, repair & fit back the new trench doors as per existing system (New door to be fabricated as per existing system)

Supply & replace door hinges including removal, fixing, gas cutting, welding, grinding and cement work (one hinge contains 03 bushes plus 01 pin and both end lock split pin plus 20mm thick base plate) (a) Hinge size: Bush: OD:25mm, ID:13mm, Length:40mm, Pin:12mm dia, 140mm length

(b) Hinge Base plate: 20mm Thick, Size:130x40mm, Mat: MS IS:2062

Remove, repair & fit back Trench door including supply, removal, fabrication, fixing, gas cutting, welding, grinding and extension MS material if required etc. (a) Chequered plate, MS IS:2062, 8mm thick, 1 Sqm=68.70 Kgs

(b) Hinge fabricate angular of trench door, MS IS:2062, 8mm thick, 75x75mm angular (1 Mtr=8.9 kgs.)

(c) Door bottom MS Channels, Rods per Kg

Remove, supply and renewal of trench door resting angular, rail track nosing angular and wall structure angular. The job including necessary fabrication, grouting, fixing, gas cutting, welding, grinding, extension MS material, concreting and cement plastering etc. as per existing system (a) MS angular, IS:2062, 6mm thick, size: 50x50 mm

(b) MS angular, IS:2062, 8mm thick, size: 50x50 mm

(c) MS angular, IS:2062, 8mm thick, size: 65x65 mm

(d) MS angular, IS:2062, 8mm thick, size: 75x75 mm

Remove, supply and renewal of ‘U’ guide channel (both sides) fixed underneath angular. The job including necessary fabrication, grouting, fixing, gas cutting, welding, grinding, extension MS material, concreting and cement plastering etc. as per existing system (a) MS 150x150mm angular, IS:2062, 12mm thick

(b) MS 100x100mm angular, IS:2062, 12mm thick

(c) MS 75x75mm angular, IS:2062, 12mm thick

Remove, supply and fabricate ‘U’ guide channel both sides as per existing system. The job including necessary fabrication, grouting, fixing, gas cutting, welding, grinding, extension MS material, concreting and cement plastering etc. (a) MS 50x100x50mm channel @ 9.6kgs/rm, IS:2062

(b) MS 75x40x75mm channel @ 7.1 kgs/rm, IS:2062

Remove, supply and renewal of bus bar holding vertical angular and wall fixing bracket/angular. The job including necessary fabrication, grouting, fixing, gas cutting, welding, grinding, extension MS material, concreting and cement plastering if necessary etc.as per existing system (a) MS 65x65 mm angular, length 600mm,Mat: MS IS:2062, 12mm thick having 06 in nos 12mm dial drill hole/slote for bus bar fixation and wall bracket angular fixation.

b) MS 75x75 mm angular, length 600mm,Mat: MS IS:2062, 12mm thick having 06 in nos 12mm dial drill hole/slote for bus bar fixation and wall bracket angular fixation.

(c) MS 150x150 mm angular brackets, length 100mm,Mat: MS IS:2062, 12mm thick having 02 in nos 12mm dial drill hole/slote for fixing to wall and holding the vertical angular.

(d) Wall bracket anchoring bolts 14 mm dia,

(e) M12x40mm SS nut and bolts with spring and flat washers

(f) M10x40mm SS nut and bolts with spring and flat washers

Remove, supply and fabrication of bus bar protective cover with holding angular. The job including necessary fabrication, grouting, fixing, gas cutting, welding, grinding, extension MS material, concreting and cement plastering if necessary etc.as per existing system (a) MS sheet 250 mm width and 2m thick

(b) MS 40x40mm angular length 1 mtr @ 3.5 kgs/mtr Mat: MS IS:2062, 6mm thick

Remove, clean and refit copper bus bar as per existing system: - (a) Supply and replace pin type insulators 1.1KV capacity along with M08x40mm SS bolt

(b) Supply and replace stainless steel M10x40mm bolts with nuts for bus bar end joint connecting plates

(c) Supply and fitment current collection brush unit

(d) Supply and replace copper graphite carbon brush. Size: 150x100x30mm (Copper 80% and Graphite 20%)

(e) Supply and replace porcelain insulator 1.1KV capacity for current collector brush unit

(f) Supply and replace copper flexible short links for current collection brush units.

(g) Supply and replace copper flexible cable with CTT ends for main supply. Size: 120 sq.mm x single core, each length 4 mtrs.

Supply bus bar end connecting copper bar with outer copper lock plate for busbar connecting. (a) Copper end bar L=150mm, B=25mm and H=20mm, (with 4 in nos. M-10 self-locking thread holes

(b) Copper plate L=150mm, B=30mm, T=3mm (with four 10mmdrill holes)

Supply and fix the syntactic sheet, L=750mm, W=100mm and T=12mm along with 03 in numbers 10m drill holes

Remove, overhaul and fit back DSL trolley as per existing system:- (a) Supply replace trolley rollers/guide wheel bearings (i) Brg. No. SKF: 6204Z

(ii) Brg. No SKF: 6205Z

(b) Supply and replace guide rollers MAT: MS IS 2062 (i) Big rollers

(ii) Small rollers

(c)Supply and replace channel running wheels MAT: MS IS 2062 (i) Big wheels

(ii)Small wheels

(d)Supply and replace guide wheel pins MAT: EN-8, Size: 20mm DIA x 60mm

(e)Supply and replace self-locking bolts & nuts of running rollers, MAT: EN-8, Size: M20 x 120mm

(f)Repair and remove dents of connecting links (removal of dents by heating for reconditioning)

(g)Remove, supply and replace trench door lifting rollers with self-locking bolt and nuts as per existing systems (i)Taper rollers, MAT: MS, IS: 2062

(ii) Straight rollers, MAT: MS, IS: 2062

(iii)Self-locking bolt and but with lock washers

(iv)Replace worn out bearings Note: Bearings to be replaced as per size and make

Painting: Remove bare metal by chipping, cleaning and apply one coat of Epilic 99/Eplux 66 blast primer (the DPT should be 50 to 60 microns) and apply 02 coats of epoxy tar / high epoxy black (a) Cleaning and Grit blasting

(b) Chipping by hand pneumatic machine and cleaning

(c) Apply paint for single coat

(d) Apply paint for one coat with anti-Corrosion primer paint per one sq/m

(e) Apply paint for one coat with high build finishing paint per one sq/m

Site Clearance, iron scrap, dismantling concrete etc.,

Complete clean ship of DSL systems galleries including removal of accumulated water, removal of cob-webs, removal of accumulated in and around rail tracks, removal of any unwanted particles from galleries, White-wash of galleries

Lighting of DSL galleries including light fittings, cabling, securing of cabling, provision of whether proof switches and maintenance of proper electrical hygiene inside the DSL galleries
