Annual Operation & Maintenance of various Electrical Installations of NIATAM such as Institute, Mens hostel, Womens Hostel Staff Houses, Canteen, AAI Residential colony, DG Sets up to 500 KVA with AMF Panels, Power Supply Systems, 11KV Sub-Station, Water Supply & Pump House, Street Lights, Parking Lights, Internal & External installations of Power House etc. including repair & maintenance, Faults/ breakdown rectifications, ensuring serviceability/ Satisfactory working conditions of the system, attending complaints as per scope of work given in special conditions of contract on all days including Sunday & Holidays (i.e in three shifts daily, each shift of 8 hours) etc. complete as required.

Rewinding Servicing repairing of ceiling fan/ wall fan including replacement of bearings if required and to & fro transportation etc complete as required (Dismantle Material belongs to contractor).

NOTE: The firm has to quote/upload the percentage above / below (+/- % on the quantity mentioned against BOQ item No. (7) directly in the form of multiplying factor in the rate column as clarified below: For example, “if agency desired to quote 5% above on CPWD DSR-2022 (E&M) rates, the rate column shall be filled as 1.05. If agency desired to quote to 5% below on DSR-2022 rates, the rate column shall be filled as 0.95.” ( DSR-2022 rates will be worked out by excluding GST component).

Annual Comprehensive Periodical maintenance of Water cooler Units (Including compressor) of 40/80 ltr capacity, 1Ø, 230 V, 50 Hz, of different makes including stabilizer(if any) installed at different locations including providing all necessary consumable, refrigerant Gas and spares etc.
