Earth work in excavation of field trenches as per designed section & alignment for laying of pipe lines (PVC, RCC, ACP etc) upto a depth of 1500 mm in all sorts of soils including removing, spreading or stacking extra earth as directed. The item includes necessary trimming of sides trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom as required complete.

Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth in layer not exceeding 15 cm. Including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete with earth obtained from excavation of foundation.

Single brick flat soling of picked Jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with powdered earth or local sand.

Ordinary Cement concrete (1:2:4) in foundation, floor and all sorts of R.C.C works with approved graded stone chips (20mm size) excluding shuttering and re-inforcement if any, in ground floor. A) Pakur Variety

12.5 cm. thick 1st class brickwork in cement mortar (1 : 4) in ground floor including, scaffolding, racking out joints etc. complete.

Brick work in cement mortar (1 : 6) with first class kiln burnt bricks including racking out joints, scaffolding and other incidental works etc. complete in foundation and plinth.

15 mm thick plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with (1:6) sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners, as directedand racking out joints or roughening of concrete surface including throating. Nosing and drip course as necessary

Neat cement punning about 1.5 mm. thick in wall dado, floor, drain, door and window sill etc. complete.

Labour Charges for fitting, fixing and laying, where necessary of following M.S / G.I. / E.R.w. pipes and accessories (to be supplied departmentally) including transportation of the same cutting, threading, jointing and making leak-proof threaded / flanged joint at site, by using socket / rubber insertion, nuts and bolts etc. maintaining proper alignment and level - all complete - as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. i) 150 mm. dia. M.S./G.I./ ERW pipe.

Labour charges for fitting and fixing 150 mm dia. Alfa Alfa valve with 160 mm dia P.V.C riser pipe with the help of flanged P.V.C Tail piece by joining the P.V.C End of Tail Piece and riser pipe with coupler and flanged end of tail piece and Alfa Alfa Valve with rubber insertion, nuts and bolts etc. complete.

Testing of pipe line system against leakages by filling the distribution chamber with water and supplying water through the entirepipe line net work for at least 4 (four) hour by running the departmental Diesel Engine pumping set, including supplying necessary fuels & lubricants and hiring and transporting tools and plants all complete as per direction of Engineer-inCharge. i) For Major R.L.I.
