Demolition and breaking up drain pipes, of 150 mm internal diameter (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes, of 100 mm internal diameter (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of plain cement concrete (Un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including removal of spoils/ demolished materials to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing complete all as specified and directed.

All as item No 5 here in before but reinforced cement concrete as in slab in any position (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition).

Dismantling of UPVC SWR pipe, 110/75mm bore including all fittings such as bends, tees etc. fixed to wall or laid in trenches, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches n.exc 1.50M wide and n.exc 1.5M in depths for foundations etc and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) Type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 200 mm bore reinforced concrete pipe, class NP3 laid and jointed with collars complete as specified and directed.

M&L for 150 mm bore reinforced concrete pipe, class NP3 laid and jointed with collars complete as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm bore Salt-glazed stoneware drain pipes, Grade 'A', laid in trenches and jointed complete as specified and directed.

M&L for PVC(SWR) pipes of 110mm bore single socketed, type 'B' in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors , complete all specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 Cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with old size, sub class ‘B’ bricks (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 16 here in before but except bricks. (Old serviceable bricks obtained from demolition of brick work here in before shall be reused).

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) including mixing of WPC as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Supply only WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Materials and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on faces of brick walls or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound conforming to IS:2645-1975, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4) Type B1, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings/benching, bed plates the like including weathering, slightly, rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection, finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, laid in alternate bays, joints between panels & wall shall be filled with mastic filling of sand & bitumen 85/25 grade using 3 part of dry sand and one part of bitumen complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate as in cover slab, set in CM (1:4) complete all as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, 110mm bore, PVC (SWR) bends with access door any radius, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, 110mm bore, PVC (SWR) junction single,(single T) equal or unequal with access door , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, 110mm bore, PVC (SWR) vent cowl, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6), type C2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes 200 mm bore in packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6), type C2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes 150 mm bore in packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6), type C2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes 100 mm bore in packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newely plastered surface and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PVC(SWR) gully trap 125/110mm, setting and jointing with solvent cement ,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Salt-glazed stoneware gully trap 180/150mm, square or round mouthed, type 'P' ,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair vitreous china squatting pan,”Orissa” pattern, size 580mm X 440mm, white with integral foot rests, ‘S’ trap (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) and provision of lime concrete bedding ,complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting in to existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 smooth finished, and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old brick bats from soak well(where soaking capacity lost) , removing and depositing the same in low lying area of a distance not exc 50m complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of gully trap/floor trap manually or by rodding with split bamboo duly winded with jute including horizantal CI/PVC pipes fixed with bldg to ensure easy flow from gully trap/floor trap to manhole or gully trap to manhole etc including well flushing with water after cleaning and taking off sludge, complete all as directed.

Taking out of deposited sludge and water from septic tank and removing night soil/sludge to a distance n.exc. 50m depositing in freshly excavated trenches/pit/ bins and covering the deposited sludge with excavated earth incl. spreading of sufficient quantity of bleaching powder over deposited sludge upto 1 mtrs from the edge of excavated pit before earth spreading & removal of surplus earth to a distance n.exc. 50 m and depositing where directed incl. sweeping/cleaning with water all as specified and directed (Only sludge to be measured).

Taking out of deposited sludge and water from manhole rectangular, square of circular on plan, depth exc 0.80m, but n.exc 1.5m and removing night soil/sludge to a distance n.exc. 50m depositing in freshly excavated trenches/pit/ bins and covering the deposited sludge with excavated earth incl. spreading of sufficient quantity of bleaching powder over deposited sludge upto 1 mtrs from the edge of excavated pit before earth spreading & removal of surplus earth to a distance n.exc. 50 m and depositing where directed incl. sweeping/cleaning with water all as specified and directed.

Taking out of deposited sludge and water from manhole rectangular, square of circular on plan, depth n.exc 0.80m and removing night soil/sludge to a distance n.exc. 50m depositing in freshly excavated trenches/pit/ bins and covering the deposited sludge with excavated earth incl. spreading of sufficient quantity of bleaching powder over deposited sludge upto 1 mtrs from the edge of excavated pit before earth spreading & removal of surplus earth to a distance n.exc. 50 m and depositing where directed incl. sweeping/cleaning with water all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair vitreous china wash down water closet (EWC) pastel pattern, white including 'P' trap and seat cover complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair hand shower(Health faucet) (ABS body) with 1 meter long easy flex tube in chrome finish and wall hook complete all as specified and directed. Make : Jaquar ALD-CHR-585 or equivalent make of Parryware/ CERA/ Prayag.

Dismantling floor, hearth and wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but excluding backing), removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic joint free coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC low level flushing cistern, white, 10 ltrs capacity, valveless, syphonic action type including all fittings and flush pipe, PVC connection pipe all as specified and directed.
