Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete brick work, masonry etc an making good disturbed ground for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semi-corrugated, etc) sheets in roof coverings/wall cladding etc. and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre painted Coloured Galvalume roofing system sheet 0.50 mm thick, corrugated sheet having Zinc aluminum alloy coating AZ150 shall be as per IS:277/ASTM 1379 150 gsm/ sqm double ribbed trapezoidal profile steel sheet any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in Roof covering /cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc of grade Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality- A , complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation old steel surface of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing bitumen felt including cement mortar bedding including padding and cleaning the surface and removal of unserviceable material out side MoD land upto distance exceeding 1.5Km but n.exc 5Km, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in padding on roof laid in 50mm thick average required thickness to maintain desired slope, finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.50 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in roof kerb, mud stops, benching , including use and waste necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) using WPC @ 0.200ML per 50Kg bag of cement on surfaces of roof and parapet, finished even & fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.3Kg /sqm conforming to IS : 3384 and laying 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane reinforced with non woven polyster matt having softening point not less than 150 degree centigrade, having tensile strength 650 N/Sqcm in longitudinal & 400 N/Sqcm in transverse direction by torch method with min 100 mm side lap and 150 mm end lap followed by application of a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 kg per sqm , complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: The water proofing treatment shall be carried out by the Authorised applicator of the Manufacturers.

All as per item No 13 above but on vertical surface, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for applying two coats of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint over APP membrane @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm for two coats complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of unserviceable material out side MoD land upto distance exceeding 1.5Km but n.exc 5Km complete all as directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete Type - D2 (1:4:8) (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape, colour and size, polished confirming to IS-15658 of 80mm thickness M-40 grade, laid over and including sand cushion of 40mm thick including dismantling old paver block and removing outside of MoD land distance exc 1.5Km but n.exc 5.0Km, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size, polished confirming to IS-15658 of 60mm thickness M-35 grade, laid over and including sand cushion of 40mm thick including dismantling old paver block and removing outside of MoD land distance exc 1.5Km but n.exc 5.0Km, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick masonry work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, or in any position etc. and removal of rubbish outside MOD land and stacking of useful bricks/brickbats for credit or reuse, complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour, brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brickwork with using retrieved subclass 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6), except bricks, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Old serviceable bricks retrieved from demolition against srl item No 21 here-in-before shall be reused after proper cleaning & washing etc.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair face of ceiling, chajjas etc in cement mortar (1:3) finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster complete including necessary scaffolding/working platform and removing outside of MoD land distance exc 1.5Km but n.exc 5.0Km complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair face of brick surfaces or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and fair without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster on brick walls & concrete surfaces of building including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete including necessary scaffolding/working platform and removing outside of MoD land distance exc 1.5Km but n.exc 5.0Km complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair face of brick surfaces or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster on brick walls & concrete surfaces of building including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete including necessary scaffolding/working platform and removing outside of MoD land distance exc 1.5Km but n.exc 5.0Km complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered/concrete surfaces of walls and applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion (weather proof treatement)/Apex over one coat of primer, including a thin layer of wall care putty up to height 15 metre (The tint and shade be as approved by GE) the treatement shall be carried out by the authorised applicator of the firm including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered/concrete surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer over a thin layer of wall care putty including necessary scaffolding, ladder etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete at any height including necessary scaffolding complete all as specifed and directed

Taking down mild steel rolling shutters of any size and description complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1.25mm thick steel rolling shutters without ball bearing of push pull or manual type as directed including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp & staple and one coat of primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint; erected in position as indicated complete all as directed.

M&L for overhauling, servicing and realignment of rolling shutters of area not exc 12 sqm including replacement of defective bearing and grinding of wheels for smooth movement of doors, replacement of clamps, bolts etc including cleaning, oiling and greasing of moveable parts and welding work complete all as directed.

S&F in repair Rotational moulded polythene water storage tank of 1000 Litre capacity (three layer white colour) cylinderical vertical with closed top including 3 Nos GI check nuts and tank nipple of 25mm bore for inlet and outlet, 25mm bore ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR part -I complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20mm bore steel tubing and connection, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 20mm bore Tubes, `medium grade' galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors including cutting chasing into wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 20mm stop valve, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan necks etc (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 200mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 200mm bore PVC (SWR) bends of any radius, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F stack clamps made out of 50mm x 5mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays, including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roof for 160mm dia rain water pipes complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of old treatment of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer over a thin layer of wall care putty including necessary scaffolding, ladder etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old plastered/concrete surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of white washing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of old treatment of wall and applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of primer including a thin layer of wall care putty including necessary scaffolding, ladder etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The treatment shall be carried out by the authorized applicator

S&F 1.25mm thick steel rolling shutters without ball bearing gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and and one shop coat of primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint; erected in position as indicated complete all as directed.

M&L for removing existing PVC tank (500 litre to 1000 Litre) setting aside (or lowering if required) for repair at any location on top of the building including removing existing tank disconnecting all incoming and outgoing connections and re-connecting and refixing in position after reapir work complete all as directed

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 16450.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
