General Terms and Condition for Contract

1. Bidder should quote the bid amount in Online Price-Bid

2. Quoted price should be inclusive of all taxes and

duties like Excise Duty, G.S.T., Transportation

charges, Transits Insurance, Entry Tax, Loading,

Unloading and Stacking charges and F.O.R. at Dhrol

Nagarpalika, Dhrol.

3. Tender Document will be submitted in sealed cover super

scribed as "Tender of Manufacturing & Supply of Garbage

Trailor Trolly at Dhrol Nagarpalika” and will be received

by Dhrol Nagarpalika, Dhrol.

4. Tenderer should have to offer the firm prices for the

prescribed item as per given in Technical

Specification. Offer for the other item will not be

considered and tender will be rejected.

5. Tenderer shall have to submit the Xerox copy of

(1) G.S.T. Registration Certificate

Manufacturing Activity)

(3) Avg. Annual Turnover Last Three Year not less than

Rs. 15.00 Lakh.

(4) ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001, GMP, CE Certificate

(6) Last year Income Tax Return Copy

(7) Bidder Submit also Work Completion Certificate in

form of 3(A) or Letter

(8) Bidder Submits Guarantee Letter for A Bidder Who

Has Not Been Blacklisted In Past in Any Government

Or Semi-Government Organization Before Bid Date On

6. Successful tenderer shall have to pay the Security

Deposit @ 5% of the awarded contract value in form of

F.D.R. / B.G. of any Scheduled Bank or nationalized

Bank located in DHROL as F.D.R for a period of Three

months in the name of The Chief Officer, Dhrol

Nagarpalika, Dhrol. If S. D. will be in form of F.D.R,

Stamp duty of 4.90% of total amount will have to pay by

Stamp duty of 4.90% of total amount will have to pay by

contractor additionally as per government notification.

7. Tenderer shall have to complete contract as per

Delivery schedule after getting firm work order,

11. Any modification or any changes in work or technical

specification done by DNP's Incharge Engineer and

tenderer have to follow these changes without any

dispute and argument. (No extra cost will be given for

the modifications or changes).

12. Tenderer have to furnish all Drawings and Certificates

those are required and demanded by Engineer of DHROL

13. Tenderer can contact for more information and details

14. Penalty Schedule: Penalty will be charged Rs.500/- per

week for delay. Extension for delay :If the supply is

delayed by (1) Force Majeure (2) Serious losser damage

by fire (3) Strike, Bandh, Curfew, Rally, Heavy rains,

Flood, Cyclone, Earthquake or Natural calamities occurs

(4) Electricity staggering (5) Any other case, which

beyond the contractor's control, Municipal Commissioner

will decide period of delay period.

15. The Chief Officer, Dhrol Nagarpalika, Dhrol reserves

the right to accept or reject any or all the tender(s)

without assigning any reasons thereof.

16. Authorized dealer can participate on behalf of

manufacturer. all the eligibility criteria would be

considered only of original manufacturer.

17. Only manufacturers or authorized dealer are allowed to

take part in the tender and no joint ventures are

18. The Chief Officer, reserve the right to accept or

reject any tender without assigning any reason

19. Conditional tender shall not be accepted.
