WBM Grading 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. By Manual Means

Repair to pot holes and removal of loose material, trimming of sides, cleaning of surface by providing tack coat, 20 mm thick pre-mix carpet and seal coat type B specification Clause 1904.2

Tack coat Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying Dense Bituminous Macadam with the use of batch type HMPusing crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder 4.25% by weight of total mix of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade,level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers toachieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 507complete in all respects.Grading II - 19mm nominal size

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete with the use of batch type hot mix plantusing crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher withsensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects3-4-1 for Grading-II (bituminous binder @ 5.4 % of mix

Construction of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulders (Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2)
