Earth work in excavation of foundation for building works including lead upto 30m.and lift 1.5m. And its disposal and back filling with proper completion of work.

Earth work in filling for open area including lead upto 5 km.and lift 1.5m. And including cost of all material labour and T&P. required for proper completion of work.

C.C. work in 1:3:6 mix with stone ballast & coarse sand in foundation including compaction etc complete.

R.C..C. work in 1:1.5:3 with 10mm to 20mm stone grit mix( M-15) boundary piler,beam, slab etc with stone ballast & coarse sand including all cost of material , labour and T &P etc completion of work.

Providing and laying steel reinforcement with cutting, bending and binding i/c all cost of steel and binding wire placing in proper potionetc for proper completion ofwork.

Centering and shuttering for R.C.C./C.C. work including rent of shuttering material, labour and T&P etc requried for proper completion work.

Brick work in 1:4 cement mortar with coarse sand including cost of all material, labour and T&P. required for proper completion of work.

Dismantling existing plaster including disposal of refuse as directed by Engineer-in-Charge with in distance of 60 m.

Demolishing R.B. work manually /by mechanical means i/c stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable mateial within 50 meters lead as per direction of engineer -in-charge.

Dismantling cement concrete or brick including base concrete and including stacking of dismantaled matrial as directed by Engineer in charge with in a distance of 60 m.

Supply and laying for Murga Jali on escrapped old roof of staff quarter i/c all cost of material ,lavour and T & P etc. for completion of work.

R.C..C. work in 1:1.5:3 with 10mm stone grit mix( M-15) on roof in Murga Jali etc .with coarse sand including all cost of material , labour and T &P etc completion of work.

Cement plaster in 1:4 cement mortar with coarse sand including cost of all material, Labour and T&P etc. complete.

Providing and laying 80mm. thick I-Shaped mechanicaly compressed interlocking cement concrete pavers block manufactured by high pressure and contolled vibration machine having minimum 5mm. thick topping cp cememnt mixed 20% marble powder the compressive strength of concrete paver blocks shall not be less than 30MPa. & 4.5 Kg/No. n ISI marked and as per drawing and confirming IRC-SP-63-2004 including cost of all material, labour, T&P. etc. required for proper completion of work.

Painting on interior wall in Two coat on over wall putty including all material, labour, T&P etc.

Painting on exterior wall with exterior Emulsion 1st quality (Nerolac & Asian) in Two coat on over wall putty including all material, labour, T&P etc.

Enamel Painting in Two coat with one coat primer including all material, labour, T&P etc.
