Hiring of vehicle (Non AC SUV)- 2500 km per Vehicle- month cumulative 30000 per year. The vehicle Month proposed to be offered on hire (shall include the cost of rental, drivers, operation, maintenance/repair, insurance and other incidental charges etc. complete.) should be in good condition and not more than 3 years old, on the date of opening of tender. (02 vehicle for Civil Engineering, 01 vehicle for Electrical Engineering and 01 vehicle for S&T Engineering (For 24 months). Total 4205575.68

Item Breakup - C-Execution of all works as per schedule

Outstation travel for meetings etc for visits to Lumpsum GRC train charges by AC-II tier will be paid for PM and RE For visits to GRC train charges by AC-III tier will be paid for all others. All outstation movement to be verified by Dy HOD (Field Dy CE Con) Accommodation including allowance charges are paid at Rs. 4000/- per day for PM and RE in case of stay at other than Dy.CE head quarters and divisional HQ. Accommodation including allowance charges are paid at Rs. 2000/- per day for others in case of stay at other than Dy.CE head quarters and divisional HQ.

Payment for day-to-day expenditure on office Lumpsum consumables like Stationery, Printer Cartridge, Photocopying, book binding, Courier charges, out of pocket expenses, other misc. and incidental charges. to be calculated separately for different Field units attached to different Dy CE/Con/Ruorkela. Total 5719000.00
