Materials and labour for maintenance and servicing of DG Sets of following capacity complete all as specified and as directed.NOTE: (a) One service of DG Set is termed as ‘EACH JOB’.(b) Minor Spare parts like as rubber gasket,pin,seal etc shall be replaced under servicing without any cost and major parts like as oil filter, diesel filter,air filter & engine oil shall be measured & paid sepratelly under respective items of the schedule as supply only and fixing charge shall deemed to be inculded in the unit rate of this item .

Strip opening the radiator and cleaning the same by water jet completely and detect the leakage/breakage and repair the radiator by soldering/brazing and testing complete all as specified and as directed for the following capacity of DG Sets :-

Labour only for taking out burnt out winding and rewinding the alternator main field coil, rotor, exicitor coil, armature of any type with minimum 80kg copper enameled wire including other minor repairs, and testing and re-fixing the alternator after repair with alignment rotor with shaft and coupling with all required accessories for 250/125/100/63 KVA capacity DG set including necessary electrical and earthing connections complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and top up the coolant K Cool super plus-25/75 complete all as specified.

Supply and changing the engine oil of suitable grade including drain out existing used oil complete all as specified.

Site visit of OEM service Engineer as per DG set manufacturer for inspection and repair of DG sets as and when required basis as specified and dirtected by EIC Note:- (i) Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevent schedule of items.(ii) All thr visit charge of service enginner of OEM will be paid by Contractor. Max two visit charges will be paid per DG set during inspection,repair and testing complete.(iii) Inspection of DG set of OEM service engineer and recommaded parts for repairs of DG sets/minor defacts rectified on the spot will be consider in Ist visit.(iv) Repairs of DG sets after material by the contractor and testing of DG sets as dirtected by EIC will be considered in 2nd visit.

Dismantling of existing earthing and M&L for plate earthing complete with Copper plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (in earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level) with the top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm in alternate layers on all sides and including Copper earth strip 20x3mm bolted (with brass nuts, bolts & check nuts) and rivetted to earth (Plate) electrode at one end and connected to elect pole/main switch board / Neutral of transformer/ body of transformer at the other, earth strip protected by and incl GI pipe 40 mm dia (medium grade) from top of electrode to connecting point with equipment and also incl watering pipe GI pipe (medium grade) 20 mm bore from bottom of earth pit to top of electrode complete with earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, RCC cover with handle, funnel, wire mesh including necessary excavation & earth work, etc as shown on electrical plate No 5 of SSR Part I.
