Keyman Patrolling (365Days). Execution of Track works related to keyman patrolling as per Kilometre IRPWM as per direction of SSE (P-Way)/In charge in a safe manner with tools and plants, crossing railway lines, etc. all complete. This includes routine keyman patrolling work. Emergency restoration work like RF/WF, repair/ protection and other repair/ maintenance work as per advice of SSE(P.Way)/ in charge. The rate also includes provision of safety gears like safety shoes, uniform approved by Engineer-in- charge or his authorised representative, retro reflective jacket, helmet with light (for night only), tricolour torch etc. to be provided by contractor to key men. The rate includes complete cost of labour per day including ESI, EPF contribution and other applicable taxes etc complete. One Keyman will cover 6 Km. (Tools & plants will be supplied by Railways) (Unit- Track Kilometre: means PerKm of Track in which Keyman duty has been performed and not the length of track covered by Keyman. E.g; If a Keyman is assigned duty of 0-5 Km, Payment of only 5 km will be made irrespective of the length covered due to repetition of this length to perform keyman duty in this beat.)

Monsoon Day Patrolling (20days). Provision of Multipurpose gang for carrying out Gang activities like, emergency restoration, Day trolleyman activities, fixing & renoval of day to day caution orders boards etc. (Unit Gang day: means A Gang consists 8 Unskilled & 1 Skilled men per day)

Cleaning and lubrication of slide chairs of all Shift (hand operated/ interlocked/ partially interlocked) points & crossings and other works as per instruction of SSE(P.Way) considering three shifts per day. (Unit shift: means, Per yard per shift @ 4 men) KHURDA ROAD DIVISION-ENGINEERING/ECOR
