O.H.T. with 1.00 m wide R.C.C. stair case from G.L. to balcony to manhole with 1Mx1M R.C.C. landingh at suitable and railed with 3 rows of 20 mm dia G.I. (M) pipe on 65x65x5 mm angle iron posts fixed with ladder and front top to the floor inside of the tank, M.S. M.H. cover with locking arrangement, lightning conductor as per electricity rules, water level indicator, fixing of outlet, over flow and wash out pipes with necessary sluice valves, pipe pieces (including cost of materials) flooring 0.60 M wide aproin, painting on tank body verticl pipes ladder M.S. M.H. cover etc. complete with approved water proofing/enamal paint, testing, filling water for testing purpose etc. excluding Supply of vertical pipes and specials, assuming bearing capacity as 8 M.T/M2

Earth work excavation by mechanical meants (Hydraulic Excavator)/manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m. including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 m. all kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Brick work with F.P.S. bricks in super structure (Half brick thick) with Cement & coarse sand mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

12 mm thick cement plaster in 1:6 ( 1 cement and 6 fine sand) mortar including supply of all material , labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm)

Supply of all Material Labour T&P etc & construct SC P.C.C Drain along the boundrywall

Supply of all material labour T&P etc & Construct 3.60 m x3.00m wide Iron Gate with pillar and gate

Provision for cc roads work site including supply of all material, Labour & T&P etc.
