REPAIR TO FLOORING, SUNKEN TREATMENT, PLUMBING, SANITARY FITTINGS AT OMQ, BILLETS OTM ACCN AT DOMESTIC AREA UNDER AGE BR-II, GE AF NO 2 JODHPUR

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving’s n. exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing from site all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment of sunken floor of WCs bathroom etc by applying of the following specification:-(i) Cleaning of sunken floor surface with mechanical means i.e wire brush/air blower etc and remove all loose/unsound material dirt dust etc. (ii) Applying cement slurry mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementious composite compound coating Hydroproof Xtra of FOSROC/Equivalent of Dr Fixit of Pidilite industries Ltd in the ratio 1:2:4 (one part of acrylic polymer: two part of water and four part of cement) (iii) First layer of cement slurry @0.444 kg/sqm mixed with acrylic based modified cementious composite compound @0.222 litre/sqm and allow it to air dry for 4 hour (iv) Second layer of cement slurry @0.222 kg /sqm mixed with acrylic based dified cementious composite compound @0.111 litre/sqm and allow it to air dry for 4 hour followed with water curing for 48 hours (v) 200 micron thick polythen film shall be pasted with help of adhesive over treatment. Note: Joints of WC/Trap/Soil waste shall be properly sealed with sealing compound. Testing of all traps and joints and sunken slab shall be done as per IS-1742 before filling and tiling work as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate in sub floors as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying 32 mm bore tubes, galvainzed steel, medium grade, with all fittings and fixed complete on walls and ceilings or laid in floors all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exceeding 1.5 sqm each or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing 15mm bore and connections including cleaning for re-fixing or removing from site to store complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipe, jointed in cemented mortar and taking out of trenches or in vertical position of internal dia 100 mm & less all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. square tube, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width struck

S&F 200 mm long aluminium, anodized, barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
