Minimum of 03 years of experience in the Education Department/Various others departments for providing man power service for the related work and Mandatory submission of experience certificates regarding provision, certified by the Head of Department (2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26)

The organization/agency should be officially registered under any of the following Acts as per the rules and should have completed a minimum period of 03 years of registration. 1.Companies Act-1956 or 2013 / or 2.Partnership Act-1932 / or 3.Limited Liability Partnership Act-2008 / or4.Society Registration Act 1912 / or5.Karnatak Societies Registration Act-1960 / or 6.Organotin Formed in MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs) / or7.Under other laws recognized by the Government of India. / or8.Under other laws recognized by the Government of India

Compulsory Deposit the EMD amount of Rs. 72,269/- (SEVENTY-TWO THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED SIXTY NINE Rupees) online into the account of the e-Governance Center and submit the receipt

Submit Employee Provident Fund Registration Certificate attested. Attach documents regarding EPF challans paid for the last 03 years (2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26

The organization must have an ESI registration certificate. Attach documents regarding ESI payment for the last 03 years (2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26)

The organization should have professional tax registration. Submit receipt of payment of professional tax for the last 03 years. (2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26)

Tenderers must submit a certified copy of their Labor Contract License.

The organization must have an ISO certificate, a copy of which must be submitted.

Attach a notarized affidavit on a stamped paper of Rs. 100/- face value stating that the organization/agency is not blacklisted and does not have any criminal case in court

The Bidder should have minimum 01 Service Centre in the Dharwad District, in case, the bidder is not having the requisite number of service center as on bid submission date, the Bidder shall submit the undertaking to establish the requisite service center within 30 Days from the date of awarding the tender.

Documents certified by a certified auditor must be submitted regarding the turnover of Rs.72,26,880 /- in the last 3 financial years i.e. (2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26). should be submitted And Profit and loss Accounts or Income and Expenditures Statement Reports and Balance Sheet should be submitted Compulsory

Submit certified copies of the official document from the Income Tax Department for obtaining PAN number. Submit certified copies of income tax paid for 03 years in the name of the organization (2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26)

The organization participating in the e-tender should be GST registered and should submit details of challans (3 B) filed for the last 03 years of GST return. (2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26)

The organization should be Obtain a Line of Credit Certificate for Rs. 10,84,032/- in the name of the District Project Coordinator, Comprehensive Education, Dharwad (submit a copy of the grant saved & bank transaction record) regarding financial soundness
