Construction of 40 KL capacity OHSR of 12.90 mts staging (SBC - 5 T/Sqm) with M30 grade design mix at the site selected by the Department, as per drawings and as specified in Technical Specification including earth work excavation in all types of soils in wet or dry conditions for foundations including cost and conveyance of all materials, cost and fabrication of steel, fixtures, labour charges and testing the reservoir for water tightness etc., complete for finished item of work as per the Standard Specifications and as per the provisions made in the SOR. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials and labour charges and all taxes, duties and levies, etc., complete for finished item of work, but excluding GST and Seigniorage charges, including Overheads and Contractors Profit @13.615%. 1). All concrete members shall be designed with M30 grade design mix. 2) Rate is for OHSRs with RAFT FOUNDATION 3) Rate inclusive of three coats of epoxy paint Food Grade of best quality to inner surface of the Reservoir including bottom of roof. 4) Rate inclusive of 2 coats of whether proof emulsion painting for external surfaces, lettering, all required fixtures, pipes, bends, valves etc., for pipe connections including cost of pipes, bends and valves as per departmental designs and drawings. 5) The above rates are applicable for basic wind speed of 200 KMPH . Fixtures include : a) RCC or Aluminium ladder inside 0.60 m wide. b) Spiral staircase on the outside shall be provided upto 150 KL. c) Lightening arrestor, including conductor and earthling etc.,d) RCC ventilators with copper or stainless steel fly proof mesh. B129 e) D.I Manholes frame and cover 0.60x0.60m as per IS specifications (light duty) - 2 Nos. f)Water level indicator of good quality with ebonite/copper float of approved pattern-1 No. g) The railing provided to the gallery and staircase shall be with stainless steel of grade 304 for a height of 1.20m. i) D.I swan neck ventilators shall be provided in top dome and slab. j). Bed Blocks of 0.45m x 0.45m x 0.30m in CC M15 Mix below all the duck foot bends k) The rates are inclusive of DI verticals for all inlet, out let, overflow and scour connections( as per estimate diameters) and D.I valves. All valves near inlet, out let and for scour shall be D.I valves of heavy duty conforming to the specification of SoR item No.30,

Cost, Supply and delivery of 110mm dia, 6kgs/cm2 pipes HDPE PE-100 Pipes confirming to IS 4984/2016 with amendments & revisions. The rates are inclusive of cost, conveyance to site, loading and unloading charges and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including over heads and contractors profit @13.615% excluding GST.

Construction of pipe line for Drinking Water Supply with 110 mm dia, 6Kgs/cm2 HDPE PE-100 pipes including lowering, laying and jointing of pipeline as per IS7634-part-II/1975 with its amendments and revisions and as per Technical specifications as per requirements, lowering, laying and jointing of pipe lines with necessary HDPE specials true to alignment and gradient, trench excavation (Earth work excavation in all soils upto SDR using machine with 2/3rd and manual with 1/3rd) for pipelines in all soils except rock requring blasting and refilling trenches with excavated earth (other than rocky soils and boulders) with watering and tamping and removing surplus earth from site of work and filling the pipeline with water and hydro-testing to the required pressure etc., complete for finished item of work as per the Standard Specifications and as directed by the Department Engineers. The rates are inclusive of all labour charges, HDPE specials etc., complete for finished item of pipeline work, including overheads and contractors profit @13.615% for pumping mains and gravity mains for the following sizes but excluding GST and Seigniorage charges(Excluding cost of pipe)

Drilling of horizontal bore across the BT/CC road using augur set including excavation of trench on each side of road and reamering the bore suite to the 80-150mm dia HDPE Pipe line

Manufacture, Supply, delivery, erection, testing, training, commissioning and maintenance of Micro filters of 0.5 MLD production capacity (with output of 60000 lts/ hr capacity) comprising of first stage as pulversing Quartz filtration, intermediate stage as Granular activated Carbon flitration of Pressure Vessels are designed (Cylinderial shape with Dishends and have a Vertical orientation), multiple Micro filtration units (Lego filter of 5 Micron or 3000 mesh). Vessels with Internal FRP (Fibre Reinforced Plastic) lining, Exterior two coats painting over two coats of red Oxide or Zinc primer provide enhanced corrosion protection and abrasive resistance and online auto monitoring chlorine doser for disinfected water duly connecting the system to water treatment plant including Coagulation liquid container with dosing pump back washing and reverse washing drain arrangements required high speed pump motor with panel board Pipes Fittings valves outside ladder etc complete and the treated water should fulfil the BIS standards for drinking water quality in all aspects. The finished rate including packing, transportation, insurance and all operational and incidental charges, maintenance upto defect liability period -As per the technical specifications approved by the Department. The rates are inclusive of cost and conveyance of all material and labour charges for finished item of work including all taxes

Construction of Microfilter Platform by providing Pile Foundation using vibrated reinforced cement concrete (VRCC 1:1.5:3) with Required quantuty of steel as specified in technical specifications (volume I Part B) and also specified in sub quanties including earthwork excavation in all types of soils except rock requiring blasting in wet or dry conditions including cost and conveyance of all materials on all materials, fixtures, labour charges, as specified by the department and testing the structure etc., complete for finished item of work as per specifications and as per instructions of Engineer, including overheads and contractor's profit @ 13.615%, but excluding GST and seigniorage charges

Construction of 6.0mts dia KL Clear water sump in the site selected by the department with vibrated reinforced cement concrete M-30 Grade as shown in the drawings and as specified in technical specifications (volume I Part B) including earthwork excavation in all types of soils except rock requring blasting in wet or dry conditions including cost and conveyance of all materials, fixtures, labour charges, as specified by the department and testing the structure for water tightness etc., complete for finished item of work including overheads and contractor's profit @ 13.615% but excluding GST and seigniorage charges
