Fixing Vitified tiles in floors treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:1) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing etc complete including cost of all materials, labour, T&P required for the work as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing Vetrified tiles in dados skirting and risers of steps on 12mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing etc complete including rubbing and polishing etc complete including cost of all materials, labour, T&P required for the work as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing Kota tile in floors treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:1) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing etc complete including cost of all materials, labour, T&P required for the work as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying fitting & fixing of M.S Iron door & windows with grills of approved design including cost of all materials, labour T&P required for the work etc. Complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying and fixing of two track UPVC slidining windows of approved make with 6mm thick glass of approved complete with frame shutter and fitting & fixture design quality including cost of all materials, labour, T&P required for the work as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and filling in foundation trenches and plinth with sand, well watered and rammed in layers not exceeding 15cm in depth with all lead and lift including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, sundries, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) using 40mm. Size black hard hand broken granite stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry using ordinary Portland cement (OPC), screened and washed sharp sand for mortar including lowering, laying and compacting concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm.thick, watering and curing, including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, all labour sundries and T&P required for the work, including shoring, shuttering, dewatering if required including hire and running charges of all machineries etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement Concrete (1:2:4) with 12mm size hard broken granite chips per 1cum with watering and curing, including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, all labour sundries and T&P required for the work, including shoring, shuttering, dewatering if required including hire and running charges of all machineries etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

12 mm thick Cement Plaster in C.M. (1:6) using good coarse river Sand of approved quality finished smooth over Brick Masonary after racking out joints including watering, curing with cost, conveyance, royalty taxes of materials all labour and T&P articles required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

16 mm thick Cement Plaster in C.M. (1 : 6 ) using good coarse river Sand of approved quality finished smooth over Brick Masonary after racking out joints including watering, curing with cost, conveyance, royalty taxes of materials all labour and T&P articles required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge

Wall painting two coats to walls with weather coat paint of approved shade with cost of paint including cost of all materials, labour, T&P required for the work as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats with any approved enamel paint with Primer wood/ Iron work including cost conveyance, taxes of all materials to site and all labour charges required for the work etc. Complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge.
