Taking down cement plaster of any description and thickness on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above GL) and removal all rubbish material outside of MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work/stone boulder masonry, built in CM incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) louvres and jallies, 35mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame and set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with pulverized fuel Ash-lime bricks (Fly ash bricks - non modular size), straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work as in doors or gates (ornamental type where required) of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening, conforming to Fe-410W Grade-E-250, quality B, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, as in sub base of floors etc, finished even and fair, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block (glossy finish) of any shape and size made with grey cement and pigment, confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, laid over and including 25 mm thick sand cushioning and edges shall be secured with PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L chequered cement concrete tiles 20 cm x 20 cm x 25 mm thick, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigments as in floors, laid over and including 20 mm thick screed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in renewal of granite slab (black or red) 12 mm thick, table rubbed and polished in cooking platform, jambs, cills, pillars, tread, risers, platform for WHB etc including bull nosing to exposed outer edges, set in CM 1:4 bedding and pointing with white cement mixed with pigment, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 in two layer i.e. (10+5) 10mm thick 1st layer and 2nd layer is 5mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) using Liqued water proofing @ 200 ML by Each bag of cement or as per manufacturer instructions, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only approved liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new steel surfaces exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of cement based paint on newly plastered surfaces of walls over and including a coat of suitable cement primer including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement base paint on walls complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out concrete, brick work, masonry, etc. embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified & directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil, each not exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm around foundation concrete as ordered, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m deep for foundation etc or for shafts, column footings or for laying cables etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in excavated soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 Cm, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (soil) not exc 50 m distance and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for mild steel work of angle iron or flat iron etc for hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts ; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only for mild steel round bars, 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape and provided as support to chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing of any size 40mm x 40mm and 4mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing, including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. & including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Supply only Chain link and line wire shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this BOQ.

S & F of galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. (each line of wire to be measured) & including dismantling of old wire fencing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exceeding 5cm but not exceeding 10cm long and dia of neck exceeding 10mm but n.exc 15mm complete all as specified and directed.
