Earthwork in excavation by mechanical/manual means in all types of strata comprising any of the materials such as soil, sand, silt, clay, gravel, moorum of all varieties, shingles, pebbles, all types of conglomerates, laterite rock, soft rock, ordinary or disintergrated rock,weathered, fissured/shattered, decomposed rock and all such other materials either in full or in parts as the case may be adopting any approved method or methods as may be convenient or permitted including chiseling, wedging etc. in all conditions such as dry, moist, saturated, submerged, foul conditions etc.including setting out construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stump and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and disposing of the surplus excavated/rock as directed by the Engineer in Charge etc. for a lead of 50mts and all lifts etc. as specified and directed etc. all complete.

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of formwork for : a) Foundations, footings, bases for columns and mass concrete.

b) vertical surfaces such as retaining walls , return walls, walls (any thk) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, etc.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in: a) All works upto plinth level

b) In retaining walls , return walls(any thk) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets etc, upto floor five level.

Centering & shuttering including Strutting, Propping & removal of forms for : xiii) Suspended floors, roofs landings, shelves & their supports

Reinforced cement concrete work (1:1½:3) (1 cement:1½ coarse sand: 3 graded granitic or basaltic aggreate 20mm nominal size)in suspended floors, roofs, landings, shelves and their supports and balconies upto floor five level including finishing and plastering the ceiling with C.M. (1:3) (1 cement: 3 fine sand) of thickness not exceeding 6mm to give a smooth and even surface but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering

Providing TMT steel reinforcement bars of (SAIL, TATA. VIZAG, JSW Steel Ltd.) (Confirming to IS 1786 of 1986) for RCC work (conforming to I.S. 1786 of 1986) including bending, binding & placing in position in all the floors along with the factory made precast concrete cover blocks of specified sizes whose compressive strength is not less than that of surrounding concrete in the structural member.

Providing and fixing weepholes with rigid PVC make laid in position with a required slope and level while laying pipes of approved the concrete of retaining wall,wing wall and earth retainig structure complete as directed by the Engineer in charge. (b) 75 mm dia
