Providing and fixing 10 mm thick acid and/or alkali resistant tiles of approved make and colour using acid and/or alkali resisting mortar bedding, and joints filled with acid and/or alkali resisting cement as per IS : 4457,complete In flooring on a bed of 10 mm thick mortar1:4 (1 acid proof cement : 4 coarse sand) including carriage of material with in all leads, lift, and other incidentals complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Tile work in skirting, risers of steps and dado up to 2 m height over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. Marble tiles (polished) Raj Nagar 8 mm thick including carriage of material with in all leads, lift, and other incidentals complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation, trenches, drains (Any width or square metre on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto any height, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed in all kinds of classification, of soils such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work saturated soils including chiseling or any other mixed variety of soils, dewatering and / or removal of slush and other incidentals within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Any loss to the public or private property during the course of excavation shall be the sole responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him at his own cost in all cases.

Providing and laying, mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement : four sand : eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40 mm (forty millimeter) nominal size) in foundation and plinth including curing complete excluding the cost of form work but including carriage of material with in all leads, lift, and other incidentals complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone of approved quailty in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (one cement : six coarse sand : twelve graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals, complete as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor all level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals, complete as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals, complete as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials complete in all respect as per direction.

Providing and laying 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor all level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing: including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials complete in all respect as per direction.
