Notes:- (i) The scope of work is to be carried out from ground level to nearly upto 30 metres of height. (ii) The work to be carried out on vertical surfaces, flat RCC roof,sloped mangalore roof and sloped galvalume sheet. (iii) Rates are included for Scaffolding/Boom lift/Crane as required.Contractors should arrange necessary scaffolding/ Boomlift/Crane and takes all safety precautions for workers at the time of carrying out works as described in Sch 'A'/ BOQ. (iv) Contractor should visit the site before quoting the tender to assess the resources required to execute the work as the site include prestigeous buildings of INA. M&L for sealent filling to window/door frame the work shall include the following:- (a) Cleaning existing treatment like cement mortar and sealent filled between window / door frame and the masonery walls to be completely removed and all the loose adhered particles shall be cleaned using air blowers and allowed it to dry. (b) The sealent filling shall be flexible with one part low modulus gun grade elastomeric Polyurethane sealent Nitroseal PU 40 of Fosroc of BASF or Sika of pidilite or approved equivalent to the joints size max of 10 mm width X 10 mm depth. The cured sealent shall have the prperties of MAF 25%, UV Resistance, and service temperature range -40 Degree Centigarde to 70 Degree Centigrade, Nitoseal PU 40 confirms to the standatad compliance of ISO11600:2002 Type F 25 LM, ASTMC920-95 Type S,Grade NS,Class 25. (c) The rate quoted shall include all material, surface preparation, tools, scaffoldings, safety equipments, laboures etc complete as per manufactures specification.

M&L for water proofing treatment to existing brick masonry with grouting- The rate shall include the follwoing:- (a) Removal of the plastering completetly to expose the brick masonery. Surface shall be throghly washed with water and allowed to dry before starting the grouting works. (b) Injection grouting : The grouting area should be identified above skirting level drilling 12 mm dia and fixing of GI packers suing instant setting cement of epoxy mortar like Nitomortar S of Fosroc or BASF or Sika or Pidilte or approved equivalent injection of silicon based / polyurathene based grouting material like Nitrofill WS 60 & UR 63 of Fosrocor BASF or Sika or pidilite or approved equivalent with a suitable hand pump carrying pressure of 3 kg / cm2 . Grouting operation should be continous till there is refusal of materilal or material observed at adjacent holes. (c) Providing and laying cement plaster of cement mortar 1:4 admixed with integral waterproofing compound like Conplast WL of Fosroc or BASF or Sika or Pidilite approved equivalent to minimum thickness of 15 mm and application of emulsion paint of approved shade as per the direction of Engineer in charge Providing and applying with two coats of water dispersed Polyurethane coating like Nitocote PUW 100 of Fosroc or BASF or Sika or Pidilite or approved equipment at a dry film thickness of 100 microns of approved shade using brush or roller or spray over the prepared plastered surface as per Manufacturers instructions.

Extra over rendering or plastering for work in isolated widths not forming part of general plastering such as in bands, sunk panels, cornices, skirtings, drip moulds and similar work n exc 15cm in width or girth including cutting to edges, all mitres and stopped ends, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling the existing water tank and S&F Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I - Capacity 500 litres.
