Material & Labour for Cleaning of septic tank by removing manhole cover including removing of earth soil spread over the cover if any from the frame of septic tank and receiving chambers, removing of all night soil sediments and waste materials etc irrespective of its height clearing off upto the bottom floor and dispose off the materials are to be taken from the respective vicinities on covered conveyance and disposed off out of different unit at NAD Alwaye complex or to a distance not exceeding 100 metres from septic tank to a pit suitably excavated to contain night soil and it shall be covered with excavated earth on top and place back the manhole cover to its original position and removing all vegetable roots if any and making good surround complete all as specified.

All as per item No. 1 but manhole of any size and up to 1.5m depth.

Material & Labour for Cleaning of SWG/PVC/ CI Pipe line 75/100/110mm by mechanical using cleaning rod or compressor and removal o foreign material after removing the existing blockage below ground level including necessary excavation and making good the disturbed surfaces all as specified.

Material & Labour for Cleaning of SWG/PVC/ CI Pipe line 150mm by mechanical using cleaning rod or compressor and removal o foreign material after removing the existing blockage below ground level including necessary excavation and making good the disturbed surfaces all as specified.

Material & Labour for Cleaning/clearing chock up of IWC/EWC by manual or mechanical using cleaning rod or compressor etc complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for Cleaning/clearing chock up of floor trap/Nahani trap and gully trap by manual or mechanical using cleaning rod or compressor etc complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (Unreinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) as in drain, Manhole bed, sewage line bed or in any location or in any position complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work block walling built in cement mortar in any description and in any position all as specified.

Demolition of reinforcement cement concrete cover slabs/guard post etc in any description and in any position (Reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plastering any description on brick or stone walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation etc, and not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/disintegrated soil complete all as specified.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in hard/ dense soil all as specified.

Removing excavated material (soil) not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Material & Labour for PVC (SWR) pipe 110 mm dia single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to wall including taking down old pipe complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for PVC (SWR) pipe 110 mm dia single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches including taking down/ dismantling old pipe complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for PVC (SWR) pipe 160 mm dia single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors including taking down old pipe complete all as specified.

Supply & Fix PVC SWR bends 110 mm dia of any radius including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for providing PCC solid blocks exceeding 10cm in width type C1 1:3:6, 20mm graded aggregate and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4, on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement with WPC (WPC will be measured and paid separately) all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for RCC precast cement concrete in cover slab type B1 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking bending etc, hooking ends for binding with and including MS wire not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per Item No 24 above but 6 mm to 8mm dia.

Material & Labour for providing cement concrete in 1:2:4 type B1(20 mm graded aggregate ) as in coping, bed place and the like including watering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as directed.

Material & Labour for Cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B2 using graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 1:3:6 type C2 cement concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes with concrete after laid and tested for 110mm bore pipe all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per Item No 28 above but 160mm dia pipe.

Material & Labour for Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 smooth finished, and reforming benching as required internal dia of pipe100/150mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4, other than fair faces of brick wall/concrete surface, including finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in repairs including dismantling of old wire Galvanised, two strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of strandard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc as directed.

Dismantling chain link fencing all as directed by Engineer in charge.

Dismantling RCC posts embedded in concrete at any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed grounds as specified and directed.

Dismantling mild steel work of any description all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes notching for wire etc. flat iron pillars for securing wire mesh including all necessary drilling, bolting, riveting etc and similar works conforming to Fe-290-Gde E165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix round bars 10mm dia cut to length, bent to shapes required including cranking, bending, spirally hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9m dia complete all as specified.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standard rails, straining bolts etc, including provision of binding wire all as specified.

Supply only chain link MS galvanized fencing any size or type all as specified.

Material & Labour for preparation of steel and iron surfaces of any description exceeding 10cm in width or girth and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide cpmplete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for reinforced cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area not exceeding 100 sq. cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops complete all as directed

Material & Labour for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement with spike rolling to surfaces or making impression of expanded metal whilst the concrete green complete all as directed.

Material & Labour for two coat of cement base paint over one coat of alkali resistant primer paint including preparation of new plastered surface complete all as directed.

Removal of soil from drain not exceeding 1.5m depth and cleaning of drain including removing excavation material exceeding 250m and not exceeding 500M depositing where complete all as directed.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tile to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm in floor including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 set and jointed and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tile complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces 300x200x7mm thick including 10mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 set and jointed and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for chequered cement concrete tiles 20 cmx20cm x25 mm thick including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 set and jointed and pointed in white cement and pigment to match complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 100mm dia cast iron floor trap, with grating including jointing to waste pipe fixed in cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) including dismantling of old trap.

Amount of Credit Schedule shall be deducted to arrive the Contract Sum.
