Detail & Check survey as per specification

Construction of Pile Foundation (B+3)

Mobilization (including preparation of work space, Approach road, dewatering, arrangement of electricity, jungle clearing, earth filling and making all arrangement for completion of the work) and construction and supply of all materials & labours of temporary island/platform to faciallitate the construction of foundation including platform for storage of construction materials such as stone chips, sand, cement, steel reinforcement bar, mixture machines, tools & plants all foundation materials keeping & mixing.

Boring, providing and installation of bored cast in situ pile of 1000 mm diameter below the pile Head with M25 grade of cement concrete including the cost of reinfoprcement steel, cost of boring with temporary quide casting bentonite solution. (Length of the pile for payment shall be measured from the bottom of the pile Head). All necessary labour materials, plants and tackles etc. complete as necessary for proper executionof the job upto 21.50 meter from the bottom of the pile Head. The unit rate include excavation, dewatering, socketing, anchoring (if required), backfilling, form work for placing plain or reinforced concrete cement, supply and providing MS liner of 6 mm thick in piles upto 10 meter depth from the bottom of the ground level. All execution should be as per approved drawing. (Payment will be made as per actual length of the piles as per site condition)

Providing and laying in M25 grade concrete of specified 28 days strength for pile Pile Head, Tie Beam, Chimney including reinforcement steel, form work, scafolding for all level as per site necessary, all necessary materials and equipments, transportations, batching, mixing, vibration, dewatering etc as per approved drawing and direction.

Conducting standard penetration test (SPT) at various elevations in pile bore holes in all kind of soils including all labour, materials, tools & tackles, equipments etc. required for successful completion of the job.

Conducting Pile Intigrity test on piles using electronic control unit, hand held hammer, accelerometer, computer with required software to assess as-installed pile characteristics including mobilisation of necessary manpower, equipments, materials etc. required for successful completion of the job.

Stub setting

Setting of stubs (Sets of four) including transportation & distribution of stub and accessories from store to site excluding cost of excavation, concreting & back filling.

Erection of superstructure

Superstructure erection including transportation of structures by any means and distribution of structure and accessories from store to site

Welding of all nuts & bolts up to the bottom cross arm level including all charges of transportation, materials etc.

Stringing

Stringing of power conductors including transportation from Stores and distribution of conductors and accessories to sites and laying, stringing, tensioning , clamping, jointing , jumpering and hoisting of insulators complete including cost of all fittings and accessories not specifically mentioned elsewhere per route Km (3 conductors ) of line.

Stringing of G.I. Ground wire including transportation and distribution of ground wire and accessories to site and laying, stringing, tensioning , clamping, jointing , complete including all fittings and accessories not specifically mentioned elsewhere per route Km of line

Grounding and other works

Grounding of towers with 3 metre long 25 mm dia G I pipe, including cost of all materials, such as GI pipes, GI bolts & nuts and washer, salt, cock etc as per Specification

Painting of towers with bituminous paints of approved quality up to 3 metres from ground level including the cost of paints.

Erection of Danger plates. (1 no per tower)

Erection of Phase plates (1 set per tower)

Erection of Number plates. (1 no per tower)

Erection of anti-climbing device (1 set per tower)
