Sch 'A' PART-I Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors, kota stone, granite flooring, tiles flooring and paving's not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition), complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas not exc 1.5m depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas exc 1.5m but n.exc 3.00m depth and getting out in any type of soil , complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth for foundation and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated materials (soil) to a distance not exc. 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Broken bricks aggregate for loose filling of gauge 40mm to 80 mm graded as in soakage well etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete, M-7.5 (Nominal Mix), type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete, M-10 (Nominal Mix), type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in surface channel and drains, complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete, M-15 (Nominal mix), type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in cills, coping, apex stone, bed plates and lintel upto 1.5m clear span etc including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed. (Note- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under relevent items).

Precast reinforced cement concrete, M-15 (Nominal mix), Type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates), as in cover slab, manhole cover, shelves and similar articles with plain face, set and jointed in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately)

Reinforced cement concrete, M-15 (Nominal mix), type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landing, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm ditto, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed in repair vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white, with fixing bolts & PVC seat cover with chromoum plated mild steel hinging device etc. including connection to trap, flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe, (excluding flushing cistern and flushing pipe) and and making good disturbed surfaces of floor and match with existing including taking down the existing old one complete all as specified and directed.

Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan, exceeding 6 m mean radius with old size bricks, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per the description of serial item No 18 here-in-before but except bricks. Note : Old bricks obtained against demolition shall be used.

Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks in one brick thick honey-comb walling using old size bricks built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Form work to sides and soffits of suspended slab such as roof slab, floor slab, landing and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick (horizontal or sloping) for rough finish surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Note : All T&P and pumping set shall be provided by the contractor.

De-watering of soakage well/soakage pit/septic tank/manhole by taking out water collected in soakage well/soakage pit/septic tank/manhole and removing the same out of MOD land. The water desposed off in a pit of require size complete all as directed and to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge (liquid volume above solid sludge deposition to be measured). Note : All T&P and pumping set shall be provided by the contractor.

M&L for cleaning of sewage pipe line 100mm dia by roding from manhole to manhole flushing with water cleaning all as directed.

M&L for cleaning of sewage pipe line 150mm dia by roding from manhole to manhole flushing with water cleaning all as directed.

M&L for removing of blockage from WC/floor trap/Nahani upto 1st manhole complete all as specified and directed. Note : The contractor will depute a person for collecting complaints from concerned executives and solve the complaint within 48 hrs.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.
