M&L for rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fare faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering cement plaster 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of concrete in ceilings, chajjas, fins facia etc. finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting uneven surfaces of concrete & cutting reinforcement from drops of fins & facias (thickness not exceeding 50mm) using necessary scaffolding and making good the disturbed portion with 5mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc. complete all as specifeid and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered or un-plastered ceiling surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of white cement as primer complete all as specified and directed.
