PART-A Supply delivery at site of Submersible pumping machinery directly coupled with water proof suitable size motor having following specification and as per NIT specification : DISCHARGE : 20 cubic mtr./Hr. HEAD : 45 Mtr. *N.B. (A) H/Q characteristic curve chart of pump set should be submitted before delivery. (B) Test Certificate of pump & motor should be submitted during delivery.

Supply delivery at site of 1.1 Kv Grade 25 sq. mm. 3-1/2core XLPE insulated Al .Ar. Armoured cable as per specification of NIT . N.B:- Cable should be supplied as per site requirement.

Supply delivery at site of 1.1 Kv Grade 12 core, 2.5 Sq. mm. Armoured copper control cable as per specification of NIT. N.B:- Cable should be supplied as per site requirement.

Supply delivery at site of 100 Amp Kit-kat rewirable porcelain fuse unit (both base and bridge)as per specification of NIT

Supply delivery at site of 100 Amp. TPN, 415V, main switch with rewireable type fuse link in sheet steel enclosure.as per specification of NIT

Supply and delivery at site of Pressure gauge [Make- H. Guru/Febig] 102 mm. dia [0-7 kg/Sq.cm] brass cock and fitting complete [ This cost includes 15 mm. dia G.I. pipes and specials]

Supply and delivery at site of Anti snapping safety device for pump set by supplying suitable size MS clamps two sets and nylon rope of required length including supplying of nuts, bolts and all other materials.

Supply delivery at site of Depth gauge 100mm dia with steel air pipe of required length with all accessories for the above work including supply of good quality hand pump [This cost includes 15 mm. dia G.I. pipes and specials

Earthing and lighting protection for pump house and electrical installation as per ISS and IE rules and as per technical specification of NIT

Supply delivery at site and storage of illumination arrangement like suitable size wire, switch ,switch board ,tube light fitting LED outdoor fixture complete as per specification of NIT.

Supply & delivery at sites chair,table,Celing Fan,wooden board, Kiox Box as per specification of NIT

Supply & delivery at site of suitable capacity Power correction arrangement as per Specification of NIT.(20 KVA)

Supply delivery at site and storage of Disinfection arrangement with Flow rate 100 LPH as per specification of NIT.

Installation of all items as mentioned in Sl.No.1 to 25 (Part-A) including construction of Pump foundations, pipe supports, valve supports, laying of cables with necessary jointing materials, earthing arrangement of motors, starters, including supply of all erection items viz. rubber gaskets, nuts & bolts etc., including cost of welding etc. as required for complete installation as per Hydraulic standard & IE rules in compliance with specification of NIT and upto entire satisfaction of EIC.

Painting of the installation (viz. pumps,valves, pipe lines etc. by two coats of epoxy paint (colour to be decided by EIC) over a coat of primer as per NIT specifiaction & direction of EIC.

Testing & Commissioning of the entire installation i.e. Pumps, Motors,valves etc. as in PART A of (Sl no. 1 to 25) as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of E.I.C.

Operation & guarding of the pumping machinery with full satisfaction of EIC (90days x 02 nos Tube well) = 180Days.
