M&L for preparing old surface of walls plastered or unplastered by brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots & applying two coat of white wash etc complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparing old surface of ceiling, plastered or unplastered by brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots & applying one coat of white wash etc complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls by water jet/spray gun and brooming down or steel wire brushing/steel patti scrapping downn loose treatment, smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots and preparation of old plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint including a coat of primer by qualified painter complete all as specified as mentioned in note of the item and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Steps to be followed for cement base paint. (a) Colour scheme of cement base paint passed by GE. (b) Complete removal of existing treatment by water jet/spray gun. (c) Filling of cracks by sika creem 888 group/doctor fixite crack filler or equivalent. (d) Curing of surface by spray gun (e) Applying one coat of primer (f) Applying one coat of cement base paint (g) Curing of surface by spray gun (h) Applying second coat of cement base paint after that curing of surface by spray gun.

Make - Berger / Nerolac / Assian or techno commercially equivalent makes specified in PS.

M&L for preperation of old painted surface of wood or wood based materials of any description not otherwise described over 10cm girth or width & applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint Ist quality complete all as specified and directed. Make - Berger / Nerolac / Assian or techno commercially equivalent makes specified in PS.

M&L for preparing old painted surfaces of steel or iron of materials of any description not otherwise described over 10cm girth or width & applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint Ist quality complete all as specified and directed. Make - Berger / Nerolac / Assian or techno commercially equivalent makes specified in PS.

Complete removal of existing treatment of and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Premium acrylic emulsion pain should be done as per following processer :- (i) complete removal of existing treatment for preparation of old decorated treatment on wall / ceiling / chajja by scrapping with trucare wall sander : L-01/H-01 (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. or equivalent makes viz Xpress sanding machine having suction vaccum bag or by manual scrapping tools where mechanical removal is not possible and filling cracks, holes etc complete and applying 2mm thick wall care putty on scrabed surface. (ii) After that and applying one coats of Anti fungal weather proof grade exterior acrylic emulsion paint of approved tint over a coat of approved primer as per manufacturers instructions weather proof primer with crack filling upto 5 bars of positive hydrostatic pressure on vertical walls without any dilution with forced coverage not more than 3.5 sqm / ltr as per manufacturer's instructions and all coats including primer to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of minimum 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI or manual application. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in subsequent coats of paint complete all as specified and as directed. (iii) MAKE :- dulux weather shield max/Nerolac Excel Everlast 12/Asian paint ultima protek / Berger weather coat long life 10 or Techno commercially equivalent makes specified in PS.

Dismantling loose concrete cover of RCC columns,beams,slabs,Chajjas and the like as directed ,roughening and cleaning concrete surfaces with steel wire brushes,washed with water and allowed to dry,including dusting of steel reinforcement,providing fabric mild steel wire mesh 75 mm x 75 mm of 2 mm dia as reinforcement to concrete surfaces,applying adhesive/admixyure over steel mesh and providing ordinary portland cement 53 grade and 2 parts of banas sand mixed with adhesive/admixture at the rate as per manufactures instruction or 2% by wt of cement all as directed with apressure of 2 to 2.5 kgs per sqm by guniting machine including necessary padding,steel scaffolding and shuttering for working platform/formwork etc complete all as specified and directed

Preparation of old concrete surfaces of any description exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.
