1 - Construction of Shed behind UG water storage tank building at IPR Campus.

Providing, fabricating, assembling, hosting / erecting and fixing in position at all heights / all levels / all floors / all shapes and sizes with all leads and lifts structural steel works made from tubular sections as per IS 1161(round hollow sections) or box sections (square, rectangular hollow sections as per IS 4923), as per detailed drawing and design including cutting, wastage, welding, bending (shop at site), hoisting, drilling, fixing in position, bolting wherever necessary, in position welding of required lengths, griding, finishing edges, filling the welded spots with paint, grouting in the RCC members including priming all the sections with one coat of zinc based yellow primer including preparing the surface, Scaffolding, Required size of anchor etc., complete at any heights/levels all as per instructions, specifications and as directed by Engineer – in – Charge (only standard measurements will be paid) Note:  The fabrication work shall be confirm IS standard  The quoted rates should be inclusive of the all materials, labours, one coat of primer, welding rods for all structural sections, bolts, washers, Scaffolding (Wherever necessary) as per suit and site conditions with taken care of safety measures, Payment shall be made only for actual material fixed at site as per standard measurement (weights) only. Rolling margin and wastage shall not be paid.

Providing, fabricating, assembling, hosting / erecting and fixing in position at all heights / all levels / all floors / all shapes and sizes with all leads and lifts structural steel works In stringers, treads, landings etc. of stair cases, angle, channel, plate including use of chequered plate wherever required, all complete as per detailed drawing and design including cutting, wastage, welding, bending (shop at site), hoisting, drilling, fixing in position, bolting wherever necessary, in position welding of required lengths, griding, finishing edges, filling the welded spots with paint, grouting in the RCC members including priming all the sections with one coat of zinc based yellow primer including preparing the surface, Scaffolding, Required size of anchor etc., complete at any heights/levels all as per instructions, specifications and as directed by Engineer – in – Charge (only standard measurements will be paid)

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-Charge) of total coated thickness 0.50mm (base metal of minimum 0.45mm thickness with total coating thickness of 0.05mm) with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required, providing of silicon weather proofing sealant at all joints of roofing and cladding sheet.

Providing and fixing of full threaded Anchor fastner rod- M10 x 115 (Material-Carbon steel of grade C 4.8 or above and Zinc plated ) with Epoxy resin anchor grout chemical (for RCC-High loading capacity, Non corrosive for rebar element, Approved by European technical assessment, Fire resistance) and for Brick Masonary- (Fire resistance and high corrosion resistance) - HIT-RE-500 Epoxy chemical or equivalent including drilling in R.C.C. etc., for all height and levels etc., The installation and the setting instructions of anchor fastner and chemical should be strictly followed as per the manufacturer’s recommendations. Complete all as instructed and directed by Engineer-in-charge. The Payment shall be made on the actual quantity of bolts fixed at the site.

Providing gola 150x150 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10 mm and down gauge), including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design-In 150x150 mm size inclduing water proofing chemical as per manufacturer's specification.

Providing and fixing GI hexagonal chicken wire mesh of size 12mm x26g at the junction of dissimilar surfaces of brick masonry wall and RCC.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc complete : On steel work on new /old work. Note:-Paint will be applied on steel, Aluminium, Rates includes scaffolding. The surface area of MS members (roof truss, purlin, girders, grill etc) will be measured and paid.

2- Cupboard repair and polishing near library at IPR Campus

Providing and fixing plywood 6 mm thick, one side decorative veneer conforming to IS: 1328 (type-1) BWR, for plain lining / cladding with necessary screws, including priming coat on unexposed surface with Note:-The actual area will be measured and paid.The wastage will not be included.

Providing and fixing of seasoned second class Teak Wood Battens of size (6mmx6mm) as per the direction of engineer in charge for any height,leads and lift.Measurement will be taken in Rmt of fixed batten Note:-The wastage will not be paid.

Lacquer polishing : Two or more coats on old/new works including a coat of wood filler including preparing the old polished surface to received polishing / proper bonding, protection of surrounding surface using appropriete means, minor repairing if any. Treated surface area shall be measured for payment.(Lacquer polish, thinner etc from "Taralac" or equivalent). Application steps are described below: 1. The surface to be polished is rubbed with sand paper 80/120 no. and then with sand paper of 160/180 nos. 2. Applying two coats of sealer with manual operation and allowing sufficient drying time for 1st coat and 2nd coat is allowed to dry for 8 to 12 hrs. 3. On drying of sealer coat, wet rubbing with emery cloth of finer grading with ample water to remove excess sealer layer and make the surface further smooth after this wet rubbing, then surface is applied with special grade fillers to fill all the small and big holes/grooves etc. Filler coat to be allowed to dry for 4 to 6 hrs on which again a light wet rubbing is done this surface is further allowed to dry for 12 hrs. 4. On this, 1st coat of Lacquer polish is applied with spray gun using lacquer clear polish and thinner in required proportion. This 1st coat is allowed to dry for 24 hrs then this dry surface is again fine wet rubbed smooth, which is further allowed to dry for 12 hrs. The final Lacquer polish is applied with manual operation using Lacquer clear polish and thinner mixed in required proportion complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Final coat to be done in 1 or 2 layers without gap of time.) Treated surface area shall be measured for payment.

Providing carpenter with helper for miscellaneous carpentry works with required tools and tackles etc, as directed by Engineer in charge.

Disposal of unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note - item to be applicable in urban areas having directions for restricted hours for movement / plying of load carrying motor vehicle of 3.5 cum or more. Notes :1 ) Voids @ 20% for solids and 50% for rock shall be dedcuted from fully loaded truck measurement to arrive at the net quantity for payment in case of direct measurement is not possible. 2) The cost is inclusive of necessary permisiion from statutory authorities for dumping the debris/excess earth outside department premises.
