Supply installation testing commissioning of Automatic Street Light Control System consisting of Optical Micro Sensor, Low voltage / High voltage trip and reset, operating voltage 150 - 280V AC per Phase, 50 HZ in suitable SMC enclosure of IP 54 protection, MCBs and contactor suitable to control the load of 8 KW of Three phase load with necessary fixing brackets (Including suitable end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs etc.,). Supply and providing of P.C.C. 1:3:6 with 20 mm graded granite as coarse aggregate and river sand as fine aggregate (220 Kgs of cement per M3 of finished concrete) including mixing, depositing in position, tamping, finishing and curing for base concreting etc. as directed by engineer in charge including all labour and tools.

Breaking of PCC and removing of debris as directed by Engineer in charge including all labour tools and tackles.

Removal and Relaying of existing CC Blocks for laying of cables, pipes etc. as directed by Engr. I/c with all labour tools and tackles.

Supply & Providing, earth station using 3 meters long, 40 mm medium grade G.I. pipe conforming to IS 3043 with enclosure duly filling with alternate layers of salt and charcoal complete with GI funnel and covering with PCC cover as directed by engineer in charge including all labour and material.

Supply and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 meter below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm) as directed by engineer in charge.

Transportation and erection 4-5 mtr. BG rail pole in the existing pit with existing base plate for providing of barricading to the HM towers as directed by Engr. I/c with all labour tools and tackles. Note: BG rail poles will be supplied by VPT at free of cost.

Dismantling & Removal Existing RCC lighting mast duly breaking the coping / base concrete and removal debris with in the lead of 50 meter with help of lifting tackles

Laying of LT cables of size 25 sq.mm to 50 sq.mm without sand cushioning and brick protection including excavation of trench of depth 1mtr to 1.20mtr and required width as directed by Engr. I/c complete with all labour tools and tackles. Note: Cable will be supplied by VPT at free of cost

Laying of LT/ HT cables of size 35 sq.mm to 95 sq.mm with sand cushioning and protective covering including excavation of trench of depth 1mtr to 1.20mtr and required width as directed by Engr. I/c complete with all labour tools and tackles. Note: Cable will be supplied by VPT at free of cost
