Fixing foundation bolt for yard equipment supporting structres of CT, LA, , NCT, CB etc. and other equipment, using template into concrete structures at the time of concreting as per directions of the departmental officers at site.

Supplying, cutting, levelling and carefully placing Class III 52kg or nearest size rails in lines and levels , welded to ISMC 100 placed at 1m.(one meter) interval prior to concreting including providing angle iron parallel to the rails as edge support etc as per the direction of departmental staff at site. As per approved drawings(LMR)

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as per the direction of departmental officers at site..GI Angles will be supplied departmentally

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m etc. complete as per the standard specifications and direction of Board staff.

Providing and laying autoclaved aerated cement blocks masonry with 150mm/230mm/300 mm thick AAC blocks in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level with RCC band at sill level and lintel level with approved block laying polymermodified adhesive mortar all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Thepayment of RCC band and reinforcement shall be made for seperately).

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3, 12 mm thick one coat, floated hard and trowelled smooth with a neat cement flushing coat, floor finish etc complete to the exposed portion of foundation structures including cost of all materials and labour etc. complete as per the standard specifications and direction of Board staff. Cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand).

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.

Shifting and placing in position/ rearrangement of precast RCC slab over the trench as per the direction of Engineer - in- charge.
