Providing and laying autoclaved aerated cement blocks masonry with 150mm/230mm/300 mm thick AAC blocks in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level with RCC band at sill level and lintel level with approved block laying polymermodified adhesive mortar all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Thepayment of RCC band and reinforcement shall be made for seperately).
Plastering with cement mortar 1:3, 12 mm thick one coat, floated hard and trowelled smooth with a neat cement flushing coat, floor finish etc complete to the exposed portion of foundation structures including cost of all materials and labour etc. complete as per the standard specifications and direction of Board staff. Cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand).
Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.
Shifting and placing in position/ rearrangement of precast RCC slab over the trench as per the direction of Engineer - in- charge.
