MAINT AND REPAIRS TO HT 11 KV MAFI - I AND II AND OTHER CONNECTED INFRA AT AFS UNDER GE (AF) BIDAR

Disconnecting cables from the transformer of capacity 750 KVA of Resin/Dry open ventilated of 11/.433 KV voltage grade copper wound from the HT/LT side for servicing and insulating weaken winding using good quality varnish, tightning the terminals and cleaning the juction points with using suitable cleaning solutions and checking,calibration electrically/mechanically of the tansformer and configure the auto system without disturbing exising auto connectivity and reassembly the equipment by taking reference OEM drawings fixing/connect the same in all respects complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- 1. Minor spares like nut,bolt,lugs,terminal blocks, int wiring.fuse wires for repair/maint of the transformer is deemed to include in quoted rates 2. Major spares shall be measured and paid separately.

All as per item No above here in before but transformer capacity 200 KVA, Resin/Dry open ventilated of 11/.433 KV voltage grade copper wound3 phase 11/433 Volt complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for transporting the transformer from site to Work shop duly disoconnect and removing the HT & LT cables from the both side of the transformer duly consider all type of safety measures like disconnect dry type on load tap changer connections,marking automation wiring to reconnect as existing after repair/overhauling/rewinding complete all as specified and as directed. Note: arrangment transporting vehicle with labor and crane for lifting, transporting and labor charges for disonnection,marking cables,wires deemed to incl in quoted rates.

Remove/Taking down unserviceable burnt copper winding carefully from the HV/LV side windings coils of Open ventilated dry type transformer of capacity 200 KVA to 750 KVA Make Prolec and rectify the defects and damaged core and M&L for varnishing the servieable coils and core to improve insulation by rectify the minor defects of winding coils,core of LV and HV side testing the coils in all respects and keep the serviceable coils safe for reuse duly carry deserved tests in all respects and remove the US burnt coils from the core for rewinding under relevent items Note :- (1) All the misc items such as impregranted paper, varnishing, cotton tape and other misc items required for satisfactory completion of job deemed to be included in the unit rate against serviceable coils. (2) Testing and varnishing for serviceable coils is deemed to incl in quoted rates 3. Rewinding coils against US burnt coils is measured and paid separately under relevant item.

M&L for Rewinding the HV and LV coils using high quality and durability new copper wire of same size raference taking as existing with fine enamel bared copper conductor of same guage, weight and turns and keeping the windings into hot air oven till the moisture evaporates for Open ventilated dry type of capacity upto 1000 KVA transformer capacity keeping in mind the same trasformer is using for HV/LV coils for step-up and step-down reverse feeding and features in automation mode complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Transformer having each phase (Limb/Stud) having 08 No copper winding coils. HV & LV each side have 24 Coils in 03 phase (LImbs/Studs). (One Coil weight is Appx 17 Kg)

M&L for making new wiring and programming the control panel to integrate with the existing HT VCB switching system and 02 Nos Stand by DG sets to work on automation duly connect by taking care of all features and configurations avaialble with the automatic system such as transformer shall be work on HT to LT (step-down) and LT to HT (Step up) with the existing DG sets and the sytem shall fit to work on the two categeries one is Master and slave (commercial supply and SG supply) vice versa complete in all respects all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repair/maint/renewal and welding, removing the dents and painting complete the transformer MS enclosures doors,shutters and position a suitable mess (Jali) to avoid all type of insects entry, and provide hinges to opening and arrange locking system to close and renewal the spares like supporting insulators,base frame,channels,studs, clamps and nut bolt and washers complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for transporting the transformer from the work shop after servicing,repair/maint and rewinding and connecting the HT/LV cables, earth infra, tap changer and automation wiring as existing earlier marked wires,connectors, & control panels in all respects under relevent item of schedule and make assure close by grills/MS plates in all respects and provn of new wiring duly marking terminal points and making connections in all respects automation wiring complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L testing the transfoarmer by various modes listed at MAFI power house like Categery-1,categery-2, Normal/Auto by prioritising the Master/slave sources to connected load and make assure working on automation after connections made in all respects under relevent items from HV to LV vice versa by giving LV/HV from the LV Stand by supply and HV 11 KV supply complete all as specified and as directed.

Comprehensive maintenance and servicing to switchgear (VCB/RMU) once in year and 2 visits to inspect/attend VCB complaints on demand/fault under AMC period as specified by Engr-In-charge and duly carring out servicing,overhauling, calibration by using suitable test kits, and cleaning the switch gear terminals/moving parts of electric/mechanically with suitable cleaning agents in all respects by taking care of reference drawings & specifications of OEM and incl attending complaints on faults for the same on faulty/requirement/emergency calls of any type within the maintenance period and testing to VCB/protection relay by disconnecting, opening of indoor/out door type VCB (Make : Crompton / Megawin / Yamuna Denson / ABB Ltd, Alsthom/Schneider) of any technical specification of 11 KV grade VCB current rating 400/630/800/1250 Amps (incomings of MAFI 1&2) Including for checking, examining complete VCB in terms of electrical and mechanical side in all respects after complete with facilitated automatic operating features and review the control switches with wiring and replacement of minor spares like fuses, wires, terminals/blocks and removing/replace unserviceable / defective spare parts with new spares under relevent items, reassembling the VCB complete in all respects upto serviceablility state of switch gear to satisfactory of Engr-In-charge complete all a specified and as directed.
