Consultancy services for Preparation of DPR with detailed design and drawings for construction of ROB/ RUB with approaches at Km 201/0-1 on Sri Ganganagar- Hanumangarh Railway section over Hanumangarh- Sri Ganganagar Road (SH-36) in lieu of existing LC-176, including all ancilliary works as per scope of work mentioned in term of references and bid document attached. Major head of the works includes- (1) Feasibility study including detailed survey of the area, and fixing the alignment of the proposed ROB/ RUB with approach, serive road and utility corridor, including plotting of L-section & Cross section with detailed plan showing all details with necessary traffic survey, preparation of general arrangement drawing (GAD) of ROB/ RUB as per Railways requirements fllowing RDSO and Morth standards up to full satisfaction and norms of Railway & PWD Department, including approval of GAD from Railway department. (2) Detailed Geo technical investigation as per standards laid in IS/ IRC/ MoRTH references to determine the soil properties, including bearing capacity with location of water table etc. Sub surface investigation shall include collection & testing of disturbed/ undisturbed soil samples at 1.5m interval or any other suitable intervals along with SPT (static penetration tests) or Dynamic cone penetration test at suitable intervals at predetermined locations of bore holes at each of the abutment locations & other foundation locations (No. of bore holes shall be not less than 4 or as decided by the Engineer in charge). Depth of sub surface exploration shall be 25 Mtr (Min for ROB) or based on the anticipated foundation level (For ROB/ RUB). This work shall include conducting of all relavent test with submission of test result in standard format including bore log data required to design a open/ deep foundation for a high level bridge/ ROB/ RUB. (3) Detailed structural design with preparation of detailed drawings with proof checking from Faculty of Civil Engineering/ structural Engineering department of NIT’s/ IIT’s as per the GAD Approved by Railway department for all relavent components of ROB/ RUB with approaches and service road with Limited Height Subway (in case of ROB) and drainage, protection and electrifications details etc. complete. (4) Preparation of detailed cost estimate and BOQ based on current schedule of rates applicable with market rate analysis as per standard draft of Non BSR Items (if any). (5) Road safety audit (Design stage and preconstructional audit) through approved Road safety Auditor (For proposed structure, nearby area and junctions near the end of the approach nd service Roads, Utility shifting Plans showing location and relocation of the same with necessary cost estimate (from respective Department on current BSR), Land acquisition plan with evaluations of structures (if any), superimposing of alignment on revenue Khasra Plan/ Municipal Plan etc. complete. (6) Preparation of Bid documents with getting Technical and other sanctions to DPR/ Estimate as desired by the Engineer in Charge. (7) All other relavent works, as desired and as mentioned in TOR and Bid documents, up to full satisfaction of Engineer in Charge. (Note:- Payment schedule shall be as mentioned in Bid Documents, However if RUB is found feasible in place of ROB, then 25% payment shall be reduced from the quoted rates due to absence of structural design of ROB Pier/ Abutments as RDSO standard Drgs. be followed for RUB Boxes.)
