SH-I: MAINTENANCE OF E&M INSTALLATIONS

Job Contract for round the clock Operation and maintenance of Electrical and Mechanical installations at City Side and AAI Residential colony in all days including sundays and holidays in Three shifts, which involves repairs & maintenance, attending day to day complaints, faults, breakdowns and taking rectification action, ensuring the serviceability & satisfactory working condition of the installations i/c preventive maintenance, maintenance of records & documentations etc., The agency is required to deploy minimum manpower in each shift of eight hours as detailed in special condition of contract.complete as required.

Sub Head-II Painting of Panel, Poles and Rewinding

Painting of electrical LT indoor,Outdoor panels,Fire hydrant boxes,Exposed Fire hydrant pipe line, Diesel pipe line,Exposed Water ,pumps , earth pit covers etc located in powerhouse, AC Plant, switch rooms ,fire pump room, pump room etc., with one or more coats of spray painting with synthatic Enamel paint of Approved brand and manufacturer to give an even shade, including cleaning of surface with detergent etc , of required color to give an even shade complete as required.

Following Servicing of of Kirloskar KD 844+, 7.5HP, 1430 RPM, 400V pump,motor etc as and when required including removing and fixing of motor etc. as required.

Rewinding of Motor

Servicing of pumps including replacement of associated accessories like bearing, shaft work etc complete as required.

Following Servicing of submersible 7.5 HP bore well motor, pump etc as and when required etc as required

Rewinding of Submersible Motor

Servicing of pumps including replacement of associated accessories like bearing, shaft work etc complete as required.

Lifting of Borewell motor pump and Reinstallation by lowering pump etc.as required.

Supplying of following sizes ISI marked PVC insulated, single core, FRLS grade strandard copper cables of 1100 volts grade confirming to relevant IS of standard length etc as required

Supply of Copper Ballast Conventional type Electromagnetic suitable for operation on 230V, 50Hz,AC system

1 X 36 W FTL Lamp electronic ballast

Supply of following switches and other miscellaneous items

Ding Dong call bell suitable to operate on 230V, 50Hz, AC supply etc complete as required.

Supply of 19 X 10mm casing caping medium class as per relevent IS etc of standard lengh 2mtrs etc., as required.

Supply of following capacity MCB's/Isolator suitable for operation on 240V / 415V 50Hz AC supply etc as required.

Supply of following capacity capacitors/ignitor suitable for operation on 240V / 415V 50Hz AC supply etc as required.

2.25 mfd fan capacitor

Supply of 36 watt FTL type Tube light starters suitable for operation on 240V 50Hz AC supply etc as required.

Supply of Fan Regulator (Electronic step type) suitable for operation on 240V 50Hz AC supply etc as required.

Supply of ceiling fan of 1200mm sweep including the down rods of standard length (upto 30 cm) etc. as required.

Supply of following rating HRC Fuses suitable for operation on 230 Volts,50 Hz, AC System as required.( As per sample or equivalent)

SH-IV: DSR ELECTRICAL -2018

Percentage above or below on the rates of Electrical DSR-2018 (CPWD) items worth totaling to Rs. 100000 for execution of misc.items on requirement basis. The Rates quoted shall be without GST.(Note: the firm has to quote/upload the percentage above/below(+/-)% on the quantity mentioned against this item directly in the form multipying factor in the rate column, as clarified below. For expample: if desired to quote 5% above on DSR-2018 rates, the rate column shall be filled as 1.05 or 5 % below on DSR 2018 shall be filled as 0.95))
