M&L for repairs to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping, free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surface in roads, paths etc. cutting around edges to least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat with paving bitumen of grade VG-30 at 5 Kg per 10 sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder of paving bitumen of grade VG-30, 9.8 kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chipping, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chipping) depth of pot holes exe 30 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing existing black top road surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, and including applying evenly a priming / tack coat with paving bitumen VG -30 at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 30 mm consolidated thickness bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete with 5.5% binder content with paving bitumen VG-30 by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by using hot mix plant and paver equipment complete all as specified and directed. Note: The binder content is indicated tentatively and shall be as per actual mix design. The rate of bitumen content shall not be less than specified in the item. No price adjustment for this purpose shall be admissible.

M&L for road marking strips, lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc., of 2.5mm thick reflective type oof colour white or Golden Yellow o road, pavements ant ehe like exceeding 10cm wide with hot thermo plast materials by fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine, fitted with profile shoe, glass beeds dispenser, propane tank heaters and profile shoe heaters and profile shoe heater, driven by the skilled operator on road surface complete all as per MOSRT&H specification including cleaning the road surface of all dirt, scales, oil grease and foreign materials etc complete all as specified and as directed

Supply & Fixing in repairs dual directional reflective cat eye (Road glow stud) of impact resistant ABS plastic 100 x 90 x 16 mm of ultra violet resistant yellow colour, having more prismatic / cube corner reflectors suitable for fixing with epoxy / bitumen adhesive as per manufacturers specification / instructions complete all as specified and as directed including dismantling the old cat eyes. Note: Appropriate epoxy adhesive on the road surface shall be provided as per manufacturers specifcations / instructions before fixing the cat eye and the same is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

Fixing only serviceable cat eyes received from dismantling of old cat eyes including dismantling of cat eyes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing of speed breakers of size 330 mm width and of height 45-47 mm rubberised, tough, strong, weather resistance capable to with stand weight of the vehicles comprises of segment of colour black/yellow. Length of one segment 500 mm and having 2 x2 = 4 Nos glass reflective lenses to a side suitable for fixing with steel zinc plated 12 x 120 mm nails complete all as specified and directed.
