Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 500 LPH RO plant (Fully Automatic). With Fully Automatic WATER SOFTENER, Anti Scaling dosing pump with 100 Ltr for scaling RJ, Raw water storage tank, Providing and fitting of PEX pipe, Providing and fitting of 75mm PVC (type B) pipe including elbows, tees, collars etc. to collect waste water from different dialysis machines and Ro plant to the nearest waste water collection point including cutting and making good the walls. Also Providing and fixing 3 layer PP-R pipe, 25mm (OD) confirming to IS 15801, UV stabilized and anti-microbial fusion welded, having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply including all PP-R plain and brass threaded polypropylene random fittings. The Job also includes Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning of 5KVA industrial Grade Single Phase Online UPS with inbuilt isolation transformer with single phase output along with battery rack, interlinks, leads etc with specifications as mentioned in technical Specifications & SITC of carbon vessel 13/54 having 50 Kg carbon.

AMC for a period of 03 years post commissioning of the RO Plant along with 2year DLP of all Mechanical Components.

Raw Water mono block pump complete with electric motor of 1 HP rating along with common base frame duly grouted in cement concrete foundation. (H 10 m)

Brick work with common burnt clay (Non-Modular) Bricks of class designation 7.5 inch foundation including curing in : Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors , windows, ventilators and partions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS:1285, fixed with dash fastener of required dia and size including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight and joined mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing/ panelling, C.P brass /stainless steel screws all complete as per site requirement. (Powder coated Aluminium with minimum thickness of powder coating 50 microns)along with nursing table counter for washbasin and allied works

Providing and fixing 12mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board confirming to IS:12823 Grade-I type-II in panelling fixed in aluminium doors , windows, shutters and partion frames with C.P brass/ stainless steel screws etc complete as per site requirement.(Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides.

Providing and fixing of aluminium handle 100mm with stainless steel screws complete as per site requirement.

Providing and fixing brass 100mm mortice latch and lock with 6levers for aluminium doors including necessary cutting and making good etc complete

Providing and fixing of anodised aluminium butt hings 100x63x4mm

Providing and fixing of anodised aluminium tower bolt 100x10mm

Applying 12mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 ( 1 cement: 4coarse sand)

Providing and applying Plaster of Paris putty of 2mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

SITC of Power supply cable 1.5 Sq mm, Single Core copper through conduit rated voltage of 240 V AC and a current carrying capacity of around 15 A to 20 A operating temperature with max 90°c for XLPE insulated cables

SITC of Power supply cable 6.0 Sq mm, Single Core copper wire. Made of copper often 99.97% electrolytic grade with insulation like XLPE or PVC.

Providing and fitting of 2 POLE MCB’s of reputed make of capacities 6/10/15/20/25/32Ampere.

Providing and fitting of 2 way PVC MCB boxes for dialysis machine power supply.

Supply and installation of 25 mm PVC conduit including cutting the wall and making good the same for recess conduits.

CPVC pipes and fittings providing and fixing chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) pipe having thermal stability for hot and cold-water supply. Including all’ CPVC plain and brass threaded fittings the job includes joining and of pipes and fittings with one step VPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of engineer Incharge internal work exposed on wall including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 meter spacing 40mm nominal outer dia pipes for outlet of dialysis machine

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Oxygen PB type Gas Outlets as per technical specifications with NFPA99 and ISO 7396-2 having oxygen pressure of 4.2 to 5.6 kg/cm2 with range pressure of 7 kg/cm2 connection type DISS desending index safety system adaptors. Material polybutylene (PB), Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) or brass body.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Oxygen flowmeter with omission bottle as per technical specifications. Flow range 0 to 15 lts/min, pressure requirement: -50 psi/3.5 kgf per cm2 or 3.5 bar, outlet: - often features outlet nipples with double threads that are inter changeable by end user.
