Taking down unserviceable solar light fittings and call on repair of all in-one compact fittings and refixing the same after replacenment of LiFepo4Bty, change controller, DC driver, panel, sensor provided inside Dockyard, tightening all screws, nuts, bolts, waher or replace wherever required proper cleaning of Solar panel/fittings carefully complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 12.8 V, 42Ah (BIS Cert) battery (LiFePo4) suitable for unserviceable all in one solar street light fittings (SUNSOKO) etc or as specified and directed.

Supply only charge controller MPPT buck type suitable for unsv all in one solar street light fittings (SUNSOKO)etc or as specified and directed..

Supply only LED DC-DC driver suitable for unserviceable all in one solar street light fittings (SUNSOKO) atc or all as specified and directed.

Supply only PIR type dusk down sensar suitable for unsv all in one solar light fittings (SUNSOKO)etc or all as specified and directed.

Supply only solar panel 75W (-0/+4W) Mono type copact & fully intigrated designed rust proof AI housing suitable for unsv all in one solar street light fittings (SUNSOKO) etc or all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable solar light fittings and Supply & fixing in repair all in one LED Solar street light fittings 60 watts having solar panel 75W (0/+4W) Mono type compact & fully integrated designed rust proof AI housing , LED DC driver , PIR type sensor, 600K, IP 65 complete with all fixing material or all as specified and directed. Make :- Bajaj SUNSOKO AIO- BSZSL 75L LED (114405) or equivalent in Havells/ Philips/crompton.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of exiting solar light pole of 60 mm dia by removing all dirt, dust, with two coat of appex emulssion paint and marking the pole number of approved colour all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1: 3:6 type C-1 with 20mm agregate in copping including necessary framework all as specified and directed.

M&L for white wash for coping of solar street light pole by removing all dirt, dust every 60 days complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Red Colour reflecting tape made of PVC of size 2 inches including taking down old one and applying it after cleaning the old surface with cleaner and applying new tape after drying the surface complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- 3M or equivalent

M&L for MS tubular pole of Schedule 60 ERW pipe/Tube with OD 88.9mm and wall thickness 5.49mm complete made out of structural steel tube and painted internally with a coat of bituminous paint and externally one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint as specified type (06 mtr long) and numbering of pole using stensil with red colour background and black colour paint including dismantling taking down unserviceable one all as specified and directed. Note :- Contractor has to arrange for Crane/jenny/manipulator/ladder for carrying out the work and quoted rate is inclusive of it.

S/F MS street light support clamps, bracings, supports, clamps, nuts, bolts and washers on any type of Pole including painting with one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint incl dismantling taking down unserviceable one all as specified and directed.
