Supply and Installation of 200HP SPDP type induction motor of Kirloskar/ Siemens/ Marathon/equivalent suitable for 3phase, 50Hz 400/440V A/C supply etc,with motor using soft starter complete including cost of all materials, conveyance, freight, loading, unloading etc as per direction of department officers.(MR).

Supply and Installation of shell and tube condensor, receiver for a total heat rejection of 1450kW @ 40degree centigrade condensing temperature pressure tested with test certificate and safety valve Air purging valve etc complete including cost of all materials, conveyance, freight, loading, unloading etc as per direction of department officers.(MR).

Supply and Installation of Ice Freezer/evaporator having an ice producing capacity of 125 tons per day, shell of size 1230mm ID x 10mm thick x 4500mm length made SS 304/ SS 316, tubes of size 38.1mm OD x 1.65mm thick x 4500mm length, 618 Nos made of SS 304 steel, top and bottom water tanks made of SS 304, cutter assembly with 5hp cutter drive geared motor with VFD, SS 304 water distributor port with over flow line, 5hp chilled water pump, Accumulator, expansion device necessary valves and control devices complete including cost of all materials, conveyance, freight, loading, unloading etc as per direction of department officers.(MR).

Supply and Installation of set of class "B" GI pipes and pipe fittings of suitable size based on the assuption that induced draft cooling tower shall be placed at a distance of not more than 7m from the machine room for water supply including cost of all materials, conveyance, freight, loading, unloading etc as per direction of department officers.(MR).

Testing and Commissioning charges including pressure testing, gas charging of all equipments, testing piping, welding, connecting works, including rate for approving entire plant and machinery from all authorities, loading, unloading, shifting, machining, cutting positioning, Labour charges, etc. complete including cost of all materials, conveyance, freight, loading, unloading etc as per direction of department officers.(MR).
