Excavation in foundations, trenches etc., in earth work, lift upto 1.50 Metres stacking the eacavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm. layers, when required in to plinths sides of foundations etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in a lead of 20 metres complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer- in- charge within all leads and lifts.

Excavation with dewatering

Providing and Laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement:4 sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curring complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinthcomplete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and satisfection of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and Laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement:3 sand:6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curring complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinthcomplete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and satisfection of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4 (1cement:2sand:4graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in Foundation, footings, bases of columns etc and mass concrete complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfection of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and Laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement:1.5 Sand:3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work:-

Foundations, footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfation of Engineer- in- charge up to leads and lifts.

In Vertical walls any thickness (but not less than 0.10mm thickness) including attached buttersses pillaster plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level complete in all respect complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Suspended floors, roofs landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilever upto floor level complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfication of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Stone/ Boulder filling bihind the retaining wall and also under floor complete in all respect as per the direction and to be entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge within all leads and Lifts.

Wire crates made of G.I. wire filled with boulders with square cut faces against the wire (wire crates to be measured and paid for seperately) complete in all respect including all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Wire crates made of G.I. wire mesh filled with boulders with square cut face against the wire (boulder filling to be measured and paid for seprately) G.I. wire 5mm thick corresponding to SWG-6 (15cmx15Cm mesh) complete in all respect including all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing in RCC work smooth finishing of the exposed surface with cement mortor 1:3 (1cement :3 Sand) complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfication of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x 30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering , and propping etc. height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling upto all height and removal of the same for in-situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Vertical surfaces such as walls, any thickness partitions buttresses plinth and string courses and the like complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfcation of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts.

In flat surfaces with steel plates such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like floor etc upto all thickness complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfation of Engineer- in- charge up to leads and lifts.

Column,pillars,posts & struts circular or curved in plan complete in all respect complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing, Laying, Jointing with MS Flange joint and Testing of MSERW pipe 6.40 mm thick of following dia meters confirming to ISO: IS:3183- 2012 steel grade L-290 (X42) having wall thickness as specified below capable of with standing required test pressure in randdom length of 5.50- 6.50 meters, including the pipes shall be factory galvanized ( zinc cotting both inside and cut side as per relevant IS standared the damaged postion of the pipes and special (if damaged during laying , jointing operation of pipe) made from the parent tube , shall be provided anti corrosive treatment by appling to two cotes of anti corrosive bituminous paint over a priming coat and manufatruing and fabrication of reducers/ taper, bends, T and all short pieces etc. as per site requirements made from parent tube. The laying of pipe shall also include Flanged joints duly bended in three layers ( two inner and one outer) wherever reqyuired as per direction of the Engineer in Charge ( Earth work in trenches and the cost of providing Flanges I/C nutts an dbolts, gasket will be measured and paid for separataly) and all operations such as cutting, weling, jointing that is lowering and laying in excavate tranches to ensure required level including Flushing, cleaning and Hydraulic testing complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge. The welding electrodes shall be as per IS 814 of Advani QERLIKON/L&T of ISI marked make. The rates also includes entire carrige of material, flushing, cleaning and Hydroulic testing, DP Test of But welded joints complete in all respect and to the best satisfection and direction of Engineer in Charge with in all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to be entire satisfection of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing & fixing of SFRC man hole cover for frame of internal size 650mm dia with frame (Medium duty) and the weight of cover & frame should not be less than 100 kg complete in all respect within all leads & lifts.

Providing and laying of Mild steel /Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and Fixing 200mm wide Cast Iron Rungs with chequered or ribbed non slip surface including fixing in manhole with 200 mmX200100mm cement concrete 1:1:2 (1 cement: 1sand:2 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) complete in all respect in manhole chamber, flushing tank etc. with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing 10mm thick anti skid water proof stain and impect resistent heavy duty vitrified tiles Nitco/Kajaria or equivalent 600mm X 600mm X 10mm manufactured of approved shade and colour in flooring, tread of steps and landing laid over 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfcation of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying of 60mm thick interlocking coloured paver blocks in red and gray colour cement M-35 to M-40 grade as per IS-15658-2006 of following make Deck/ Rediron/ Pooja NTC/ Revomic/ Vyara and any other approved make approved by the Engineer-in-Charge and under layer of sand 80mm average thick complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts.

Providing Steel work welded in built up section trusses and framed work including cutting, hosting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in grating framed guards bars railing brackets and similar workscomplete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to be entire satisfection of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet Tata (Durashine) make colour (Red/Sky) in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge with in all leads and Lifts.

Providing and fixing valley 90 cm overall 0.63mm thick prepainted steel sheet Tata (Durashine) make colour (Red/Sky) in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge with in all leads and Lifts.

Providing and fixing of Precast RCC Garden Bench complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the Entire Satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
