50.12.2.5 : Providing & fixing Poly carbonate multi wall plain sheet 8 mm thick as approved by the Engineer in charge and should be supplied in a single length of 12 M or as decide by the Engineer in charge. The sheets shall be fixed using self drilling/ self tapping screw of size ( 5.5x55mm) with EPDM seal complete upto any pitch in horizontal /vertical / curved surface, but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses, and including cutting to size and shapes where ever required.

od3788/2018_2019 : Providing and fixing Aluminium louvers wood finish 50BD Louvers consisting of panel 50 mm wide x 100mm deep x 0.7mm thick, length upto 4mtrs coil coated on a continuous paint line double baked and roll formed from enameled corrosion Resistance Aluminum Alloy.Panels shall be clipped at spacing 250mm C/C to GI Mullion using pop rivet to hold the panel in a module as 250mm C/C. Mullion shall be fixed at 150 mm from panel ends and at a distance of maximum 1000 mm center to center across the panel span.The carrier shall be fixed to a suitable structure by means of rigid fixing details. Paint Finish: -Panel shall be stove enameled and finished with three layered coating system (consisting of first a conversion layer of thickness 800-2000mg/sq mtr, a polyurethane basecoat of 16-20 microns, and a special top coat of polyamide particles of 8-12 microns thick to provide excellent abrasion and damage resistance) in a continuous coil coating process of the approved colour on the exposed side and the reverse side with epoxy. The erected installation frame shall be aligned within the tolerances of span/1000 of plumb line and level with a non-cumulative tolerance of a maximum of 2 mm. The louver fin skin shall be powder coated with Specially formulated Polyester base powder(wood finish).This is cured at 200 deg C for 10 minutes. Wood finish is applied on the panels and again passed through the oven at 200 deg temp for 10 min. Wood finish is done with high quality control to maintain finish consistency. Structural Glazing works

25.1 : Providing and supplying aluminium extruded tubular and other aluminium sectionsas per the architectural drawings and approved shop drawings , the aluminiumquality as per grade 6063 T5 or T6 as per BS 1474,including super durable powdercoating of 60-80 microns conforming to AAMA 2604 of required colour and shadeas approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. 25.3 : Providing, assembling and supplying vision glass panels (IGUs) comprising ofhermetically-sealed 6-12- 6 mm insulated glass (double glazed) vision panel unitsof size and shape as required and specified, comprising of an outer heatstrengthened float glass 6mm thick, of approved colour and shade with reflectivesoft coating on surface # 2 of approved colour and shade, an inner Heat strengthnedclear float glass 6mm thick, spacer tube 12mm wide, dessicants, including primaryseal and secondary seal (structural silicone sealant) etc. all complete for the requiredperformances, as per the Architectural drawings, as per the approved shopdrawings, as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The IGUs shallbe assembled in the factory/ workshop of the glass processor. (Payment for fixingof IGU Panels in the curtain glazing is included in cost of item No.26.2) For payment,only the actual area of glass on face # 1 of the glass panels (excluding the areas ofthe grooves and weather silicone sealant) provided and fixed in position, shall bemeasured in sqm.(i) Coloured tinted float glass 6mm thick substrate with reflective soft coating onface # 2, + 12mm Airgap + 6mm Heat Strengthened clear Glass of approved makehaving properties as visible Light transmittance (VLT) of 25 to 35 %, Light reflectioninternal 10 to 15%, light reflection external 10 to 20 %, shading coefficient (0.25-0.28) and U value of 3.0 to 3.3 W/m2 degree K etc. The properties of performanceglass shall be decided by technical sanctioning authority as per the site requirement

16.79 : Providing , laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate ( size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub - base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer - in- Charge.

16.91.2 : Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.80 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-30 grade with approved color design and pattern.

Water Proofing Works

22.4.1 : Providing and Placing in position suitable PVC water stops conforming to IS : 12200 for construction / expansion joints between two RCC members and fixed to the reinforcement with binding wire before pouring concrete etc. complete:Serrated with central bulb ( 225 mm wide, 8-11 mm thick)

22.5 : Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg /sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/ sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. The rate includes preparation of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipes and masonry with polymer mixed slurry.

22.22A : Providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membranewith resilient acrylic polymers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top ofconcrete roof in three coats @10.76 litre/ 10 sqm. One coat of self-priming ofelastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and twocoats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of completeapplication/system not less than 500 microns). The operation shall be carried outafter scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles withwire brushes, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
