PASS BOX

Pass Box shall be provided at required locations for transfer of samples, chemicals and materials into the laboratory Pass box with UV to be provided. The Pass Box shall be constructed in 18swg SS 304. The corners inside the Pass Box chamber shallbe coved for easy cleaning. The pass box chamber dimension shall be approximately 610 mm x 610 mm x 610 mm. The unit shall be complete with HEPA filters, blower,motor, door electromagnets, door interlock, UV Lamp with timer, necessary wiring,controls and all other accessories. Etc. complete.

DOORS AND WINDOWS

Providing and fixing to existing door frames24 mm thick factory made PVC door shutters made of styles and rails of a uPVC hollow section of size 59x24 mm and wall thickness 2 mm (± 0.2 mm) with inbuilt edging on both sides. The styles and rails mitred and joint at the corners by means of M.S. galvanised/plastic brackets of size 75x220 mm having wall thickness 1.0 mm and stainless steel screws. The styles of the shutter reinforced by inserting galvanised M.S. tube of size 20x20 mm and 1 mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness. The lock rail made up of 'H' section, a uPVC hollow section of size 100x24 mm and 2 mm (± 0.2 mm) wall thickness,fixed to the shutter styles by means of plastic/galvanised M.S. 'U' cleats. PANEL WORK

Providing, fixing and Commissioning of PCGI (Powder Coated Galvanised Iron) Swing doors for Operation Theatres, made of 1.0 mm minimum thickness PCGI sheet on both sides of High density PUF, density of PUF minimum 40Kg/m³. The door should withstand high abrasion and have door leaf thickness of minimum 40 mm with customised vision panel of 4mm toughened glass of size 300x300mm, Door Frame in Heavy duty PCGI with sheet thickness minimum 1.2 mm, door sealed with Sealing Gasket in all three sides, Automatic Drop Seal in bottom, PCGI back to back high quality D Handles on both sides and high quality mortice lock opening from both sides, with set of 3 keys and having high end door closer all complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge, Swing Door Size: 1000mm x 2100mm

Supply Installation Testing & Commissioning (SITC) partitions with powder coated Galvanized Iron of 0.4 mm thick sheet on both sides, 50 mm thick class 'O' PUF of min.38kg/m3 density sandwiched in between. The surface shall be coated with 80-micron thick powder coating by hot dip galvanizing with zinc coating not less than 180gm/sqm both side of the panel. Scope includes bottom runner, covings, interconnecting profiles, fixing arrangements, silicon sealant application and all other accessories required to complete the work as per site requirement. Internal GI framework if necessary for support, Silicon Sealant (Clear/White/Winsel Gray), complete with all necessary hardware, accessories, fittings and fixtures, as per description in individual items, technical specifications, drawings and instructions of the Engineer-In charge.

ROOFING
