All inclusive comprehensive maintenance contract of the following Baggage Handling System at Trichy Airport. Departure Baggage Handling System:- Job includes carrying out the regular preventive and breakdown maintenance of 12 Nos "Effacec" make Check-in conveyors and 04 Nos "Gannon Dunkerley" make Check in Conveyors associated with control equipments including integrated weighing scales, collector conveyors, transport conveyors, baggage makeup conveyors, feeder conveyors, linear conveyor, curved 90° conveyor, diverter conveyor, gravity rollers, head pully, tail pully, tension roller, control panels, rolling shutter with all Electrical & Mechanical equipments, safety controls, software programing including calibration and stamping for 16 Nos weighing Scale from legal metrology department etc., including replacement all Electrical & Mechanical spares as and when required to maintained the system in operation and in good condition etc. in with line tender condition as required. Inclined Arrival carousal Baggage Handling System:- Job includes carrying out the regular preventive and breakdown maintenance of 02 Nos inclined arrival Carousal conveyors associated with linear conveyor of 8 sections, gravity rollers, head pully, tail pully, control panels, rolling shutter with all Electrical & Mechanical equipments safety controls, software programing etc. including replacement all Electrical & Mechanical spares as and when required to maintained the system in operation and in good condition etc. in with line tender condition as required.
