WORK FOR ANNUAL MAINTENANCE OF 132 KV S/S GAJRAULA, UNDER ETD, AMROHA.

Preventive and breakdown maintenance of complete sub-station equipment, bays, compelete elecrical circuit and lighting arrangment etc. round the clock by a team comprising the following technical persons for maintenance of S/S-

TG2(ITI Electrical trade) 01

Lineman/Technician 01

Helper 02

General cleaning of control room, office building, road and cleaning of toilets including consumable toiletries.

Cleaning of complete yars of S/S by one time chemical spray & grass cutting 4 times in the year and throwing out side of S/S periphery as per direction of supervising engineer-

Grass cutting( 04 times in the year) 8792 Sq. Mtr area

Chemical spray( 01 time in the year)

Proper cleaning of cable trenches of various size by removing earth deposit and other foreign material in bottom of trench and over the cable racks associated work to complete the job(1 time in the year)

Maintenance of lawn trees, shrubs and uprooting of grass, regular watering, trimming, forking including cost of all T&P and labour.

Fire Fighting Maintenance Filling of following types of fire extinguishers (As and when required ) :- (i) CO2 - Capacity 22.5 Kg/9 Kg/ 4.5 Kg/ -12 Nos. (ii) Foam type - Capacity 50 Ltr- 05 Nos. (iii) Foam Type -Capacity 09 Ltr. - 04 Nos (iv) DCP Type - Capacity 09 Kg. - 02 Nos Painting (After removing rust wherever required ) of above fire cylinders and fire bucket stands, sand drums and fire buckets (As given below, including writting '' FIRE'' and ^^vkx^^ in standard formate) at 132 KV S/S Kothi Khidmatpur with two coats of post office red enamel paint and writing the date of refilling and expiry on the above fire cylinders after refilling in 20 mm. size letter with white enamel paint including all labour, material and T & P required for satisfactorily completion of the work. (i) Fire bucket Stands - 13 Nos. (ii) Fire buckets- 104 Nos. (iii) Sand Drums - 20 Nos. Also filling of sand in sandpit as per as and when required - 800 Cu. Ft.
