(d) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep. Providing detailed structural design and drawings of the proposed (i) Roof shed of approx. size 35 mtr x 20 mtr, approx height 6 meter for supporting GI profile sheet including all its components i.e. truss, columns, foundation etc (ii) RCC toilet block of approx size 10 mtr x 6 mtr , height 3 mtr including all its components i.e. foundation, columns, beams, slab etc as per plan approved by Engineer-in-charge. Component and other facilities are to be design based on latest BIS codes, standard engineering practice. The design shall be prepared by qualified and registered structural consultant and got vetted and approved from Govt. Engineering College/NIT/IIT. The agency shall be solely responsible for the adequacy and structural safety of the proposed structure. After approval of structural design & drawing 5 (Five) set of good for construction design & drawing along with detail design calculation shall be submitted duly signed by consultant. Note : Delayed submission by consultant will not entitle agency for extension of time in any manner.

Supplying and fixing 6 way , Double door, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator)

Supplying and fixing 25 Amp rating, double pole, (single phase and neutral), 240 V, residual current circuit breaker (RCCB), having a sensitivity current 30 mA in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of single poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with piano type switch, phenolic laminated sheet, suitable size M.S. box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required. (Group -A).

Supplying and fixing 5/6 amps switch modular switch/ socket on the existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 3 pin 5/6 amp socket outlet modular switch/ socket on the existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 & 15/16 A modular socket outlet and 15/16 A modular switch, connections etc. as required.
